In SDC's defense, I was also at the Meet & Greet and at the bottom of every party calendar on the home page it states this:

All parties, events and other content are provided for informational purposes Only. Swingers Date Club does not control the venue or the events themselves and cannot guarantee its success or that the events will occur on the dates indicated. Be sure to check with the specific venues for the latest updated information.

If I were you, I would have contacted Gryphons directly regarding an over-charge on my credit card before diplaying it here in a blog.  As for the credit card / ID being held before closing out the tab, that is a standard procedure with most clubs that do bottle service.  You could have closed out your tab just as soon as you ordered the bottle special and they would have given you your cards back right away.

As for the other comments about the crowd.  There were over 500 SDC members at that party, however the capacity of the club, if you were to ask is 800.  So, if you thought it was going to be too many people for you to meet in one night, perhaps it was, but there was still plenty of room to move around and dance. Especially for the first 2 hours of the night. 

If you have any suggestions as to what you would have done diffenently, you should write to the Party contact of that particular party.  The parties are arranged for all of our enjoyment and to give us a nutural place to meet other like-minded people.  We have to take into consideration that everythng is not always going to be perfect as we would like them to be. 

I love SDC and I believe SDC has all of us in their best interest.
