A foursome are all bodies connected by at least one person (not including and male/male contact) i.e. The girls 69'ing while the males are behind them working away.... Or a guy on his back while one girl rides his face and the other rides his manhood and both women give oral to the other guy standing above them.
Full swap can refer to two things:
A. The ability (full consent given) for full penetration sex with a partner of another couple.
B. An arrangement where the partners completely swap and play separately, commonly referred to as swappers especially in the 70's. i.e. Couple 1's male has full sex with couple two's female and vice verse. Maybe in same room or maybe not depending on preferences.
