I was just wondering how others would handle this situation! We had a member leave our club. She started another club and is always bad mouthing us. She writes bad reviews all over the Internet. She told us that she will close us down. She keeps making false complaints to our venues and getting us kicked out. This usually happens just before a party. Any suggestion on how to handle this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
