Cancellation Policy |

In the event of any cancellation for any reason, you will need to do this in writing. E-mail your cancellation request to travel@sdc.com or fax your message to fax number (+1) 919- 851-4049. As always we strongly encourage you to take travel insurance with your reservation to be covered at all times for the unexpected.
After we receive your cancellation request, we will supply you with a cancellation confirmation.
 Cancellation before March 13th, 2014- full refund less 100 € per person penalty
Cancellation after March 13th, 2014 - no refund
If your refund is less than 100 Euros we refund the credit card you used for the transaction. Any refunds over 100 Euros will be issued by check.
Re-selling of rooms is not allowed. No exceptions. |
