- We have created an open-minded ambiance at CHIHUAHUA RESORT, but drug use is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from overt sexual activities in public areas.
- Please treat all guest with the utmost respect, and remember the Golden Rule: "NO" means "‘NO".
- The Hotel is not responsible for lost item left out of the safety deposit box.

Cancellation Policy |

| Cancellations within the day of booking and 45 days before arrival date incur an administration fee of $50 per person. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged a one night deposit. Reservations for Christmas time and New Years are non refundable. No shows are non refundable.
