The Resort is situated on the Riviera Maya's Bay of Petempich, a mere 20 minutes from Cancun's bustling downtown and only 30 minutes from funky Playa del Carmen. Airport transfers are also under 20 minutes.
Transportation from the Cancun Airport to Desire Resort is not included in the hotel rate. However, taking a cab is convenient and reasonably priced. If you plan to spend most of your time at the resort, we recommend that you take a taxi. If not, major rental car companies are located at the airport.

Cancellation Policy |

| Cancellations between date of booking and 30 days before date of arrival are charged a $100 cancellation fee. A penalty equal to 2 night stay will be applicable for bookings canceled within 29 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for "no shows"
For groups or takeovers cancellations between date of booking and 45 days prior to arrival are charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 45 days and 30 days prior to arrival are charged a 2 nights stay. Cancellations less than 30 days or "no shows" are non refundable |
