Another Amazing Party from the ASN Lifestyle Magazine 2025 New Lifestyle Business of the Year Winner - The Freaky Tiki!! The crowd was a great mix of all ages - and all experience levels - from newbies to seasoned! The hosts were amazing as always - he got your blood rushing by scaring you on your way in, and she kept the blood pumping for a totally different reason, and pumping to very specific parts of the anatomy!! LOL The food was delicious as usual, the DJ was rockin, and the Vibe was On Point! Did I mention the over-the-top decorations?? WOW!! Dont miss out next year, and between now and then, be sure to watch for the Sunday Funday parties throughout the year! You wont be disappointed! Best sexy LS fun in the South Florida area!!

I'm a regular at Dan & Chrissy's parties, and once again they wowed their guests. The attention to detail and atmosphere are top-notch. It's the best private location in South Florida. I recommend everyone to try them.

Dan and Chrissy are beyond generous opening their hugely amazing house to all of us strangers. The decorations were top shelf for Halloween and they could not have been nicer. Over the past five years, The Freaky Tiki has hosted countless incredible parties. That said, surpassing last night's Halloween extravaganza will be no easy feat. As a premier event group in SoFlo, they delivered in spades: stunning decorations, delectable food, and expansive, spotless playrooms set the stage, while the 120 guests absolutely owned the night with their jaw-dropping costumes.

Last night was truly amazing !! Beautiful upscale home, fright night theme decorated to the hilt to set the mood, classy welcooming hosts who managed the event in such a way that made the party one of the best lifestyle nights we've ever experienced. A sensational production on a picture perfect south Florida evening, great food, 3 large clean fun playrooms and a DJ extrodinare who had the place jumpin & rockin , top notch bar service, accommodating staff and ample parking. Thank you so much Dan & Chrissy for including Mona & I and making Haloweeen & Fright Night 2025 such a classy, fun and sexually memorable night celebrsting with so many of out lifestyle friends. We had a great time meeting new couples, dancing. The women were sexy, no stuck ups. The music was banging, and the sex roons were awesome. One little thing tho, the room designated for couples only, was filled with a lot of single men.

The Luau party was awesome, great mix of people - al colors, all sizes, all vibes.... lots of newbies, too - so it makes for real fun! The hosts ROCK and ensure everyone has a great time, and all the support folks ensure it goes off without a hitch. The weather attempted to change the vibe, but didn't succeed, and fun was had inside and out - and the play rooms were rockin!! What an amazing time we had at this party! We have been hearing about them for a while and finally got to attend one. The hosts make sure that every party detail is perfect! From the time you arrive and park ( even a wonderful tour, since we were new), to fun party favors, a fantastic home with many play areas, a large pool with ample seating and shade, a bartender with all the mix-ins, and a incredible spread of food that was phenomenal. There wasn't anything missing...especially the fun and sexy people we partied with! Don't miss these parties!!!

I was supposed to attend the Super Bowl party but couldn’t make it—so I was really happy I finally got to come for the Spring Fling! The atmosphere was electric. I met so many wonderful people and made a bunch of new friends. Everyone was so kind, gentle, caring, and just full of love. I introduced myself to everyone, and it was such a genuine joy connecting with everyone there. Dan and Chrissy, you’re truly a lovely couple. It’s so generous and special that you open up your beautiful home to host gatherings like this. It creates such a warm, welcoming space for people to come together and enjoy themselves. Even thought he rain tried to ruin the party, the Freaky Tiki delivered again!! Yes, it rained for the first 4hrs, but the Hosts still made it a great day, Calvin still poured great drinks at the bar, Brooks still served up THE BEST brisket in town, Branden weathered the storm and kept every one from getting mired in mud in the parking lot and DJ Keith kept the vibe! When the skies cleared, the fun kept going - and all had a great time. Cant wait for the next one!!

This was our first party Freaky Tiki party, and we were amazed at how organized and comfortable the event was. The hosts were so nice and the gentleman directing cars to park, the gentleman manning the check-in table, and the bartender where all so professional and welcoming. We noticed they had support personnel handling trash collection and restocking things too. The food was phenomenal, and the control of headcount meant the party never felt crowded or unpleasant. Even the ratio of single men was good. This was an event with the logistics taken care off, allowing everyone to really enjoy themselves. And that says nothing of about how sexy everyone was! Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. We look forward to future parties! .

What an incredible party. The Freaky Tiki Party-ers just keep getting better! Everything is perfect from the pool to food to the play rooms. We had a blast. ?????

We went to our first Freaky Tiki pool party yesterday and it was a lot of fun! It was MUCH nicer than we expected, so, if you are on the fence about attending, just go ahead and give it a shot. The house was beautiful, in an upscale area/neighborhood, the back yard and pool area was huge and very nice. And private, can't see neighbors. We loved that they also had a bartender to make drinks (but you bring your own alcohol), the BBQ lunch was delicious, they had plenty of free water for hydration, the DJ played awesome music, and we got big laughs watching the poolside entertainment. You can drive if you want, but parking is limited, so we took an Uber. We loved the play rooms. They have 2 that are smaller bedrooms with a bed. Perfect for one or 2 couples and/or singles. And then the master bedroom is huge and is an open playroom. The only negative is that you can NOT shut nor lock a play room door (I'm sure the owners have a good reason for this). So here's what happened to us: we went to one of the small bedrooms, not the open playroom...but multiple people (not the owners) rudely burst in, multiple times, asking if they can join...right in the middle of us having sex with our friends...with their cell phones in their hands (making us wonder if they were taking videos of us???)...which we did not like (and, no, we were not in the open play room). So, in the future, we plan to just meet people there but probably not play there. But, I'm sure there are people who would love for a bunch of random strangers to come jump in bed with them...but that's not us. But, overall, other than the door policy, it was GREAT! The owners of the home were so gracious. You definitely should go and try it!!!

Freaky Tiki run one of the absolute best parties in all of Florida. From the food, the gracious (not to mention sexy) hosts, the many beautiful people, and the overall friendly vibe, you can't go wrong. Its become a destination party and worth a several hour drive.

Wife and me had a great time at the event. The host were awesome and the people who attended were very welcoming. Hope to attend their next event.

They’re such gracious and friendly folks! Chrissy helped us understand the property layout, pointing out the playrooms, bathrooms, and even shared her favorite food recommendation with us. The property itself is stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious! The DJ nailed it with the music, keeping it at the perfect volume for both dancing and chatting. We loved the raffles and games—they were a total blast and kept everyone entertained. The playrooms were buzzing with activity, and the pool was simply amazing. We met some fantastic people and the vibe was just perfect. We’re officially Freaky Tiki fans for life and can’t wait for their future events. Cheers to many more awesome parties!

There was SDC banner displayed but more than that a great deal of back and forth with people as to their SDC name etc. However, the party was amazing as all Freaky Tiki parties are. Danny and Chrissy put together multiple TV’s, Amazing food and a sexy atmosphere for frolicking and play.

The annual Super Bowl LVIII at the Freaky Tiki was truly amazing as always. Danny and Chrissy are awesome, gracious, and hospitable hosts. They are both very kind to open up their home and often makes sure that people are having a great time. The people, couples, and single gals are super hot, sexy, and fun to talk to, flirt, and play with. The food and drinks are plentiful and especially the BBQ, which is divine. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the parties at the Freaky Tiki and I am grateful to have made a lot of cool lifestyle and vanilla friends there. Highly Recommend!!!

This was my first time at the Sexy Halloween Party and I brought my beautiful date. I will always be thankful and grateful to Chrissy and Danny for their graciousness and hospitality at their home and parties. I've been to four of their parties from Superbowl parties, birthdays, Pink Flamingo, New Year's Eve, etc. The parties are not only DTF, but also you get to meet so many amazing people (get this, by actually talking and having a great time flirting, Lol). I have gotten to know so many cool people and then talk to them all the time via texts and SDC. The warmth, friendliness, and pure fun nature of Chrissy and Danny's parties along with getting some hot, sexy, and erotic play action makes these parties simply the best in South Florida, and probably all of Florida.

We had a spectacular time at the Halloween party. The decorations were professional and spooky, the food was wonderful and the Hosts Chrissy and Danny are always friendly and sexy. As usual for Freaky Tiki parties, the Lifestyle atmosphere was excellent. Clean playrooms, a great outdoor Tiki bar, DJ and a lot of fun sexy SDC playmates.

They are the best hosts...the vibe and energy is amazing..they take care of every single detail to make you have an amazing time......they don't give you just a party but a live experience.

Danny & Chrissy put on the best parties... the venue is perfect, great big Tiki Bar, two big Tiki Cabanas by a very nice pool...... always great catered food, always a great DJ. Three playrooms - Big/Med/Small so you can be the center of attention with others around, or more inmate. Always a great vibe, and always safe... they dont play when it comes to ensuring everyone has fun and no bad vibes. Great location, too - easy to get to, ample parking. Plus, she is so sexy, and so fun to hang with... as are all the regulars that attend... always a fun time/freaky time at the Tiki!!

There is an authentic Tiki Bar set up outside with a bar tender and delicious homemade food. It is the ultimate in Lifestyle Halloween parties.
