Reference is mandatory for couples.

For Singles, Recommendations & Feedbacks From 1 participant Couple or 3-4 Non Participants, reliable couples are mandatory.

Guest can’t stay extra time or overnight.

Unlimited Drinks (Whiskey, Vodka, Dark/White Rum, Gin, Tequila Beer)

Resident Couple:-

Suite Room- 30000/- (2 Rooms)
Premium Room:- 26000/- (4 Rooms)

Resident Couples & Singles:-

Deluxe Nextdoor Stay:- 20000/- (8 Rooms)

Guest Couple/Single Male:-
16th February Evening Slot- 7000/-
17th February Full Day Slot- 14000/-



Enrolment Process-

Enrolment will be considered confirmed only after 100 payment Transfer.



Cancellation Policy-

1. Resident Enrollment is cancelable till 15th January 2026 with 100 refund.
2. Resident Enrollment is cancelable till 31st January 2026 with 50 deduction if needs refund or 100 carry forward against any Future Hedonistic Enrollment.
3. No cancellation will be accepted after January 31st 2026 for refund, but 50 of paid Enrollment charges could be carried forward against any Future Hedonistic Enrollment.
4. No Cancellation will be accepted for Guest Enrollments.
5. Refunds will be Processed within a week’s time after Event is Over.



House Rule-

Participants will be in the form of Resident & Guest. Both Couple/Single (Male/Female). Guests will be entering the house for limited hours. All house rules are applicable on Guests too, except Exits.
One Cloth Policy- Participants can wear, whatever they are comfortable with, but only one Piece of Cloth to Cover themselves or a Sexy Erotic wear or Tempting bedroom lingeries During Tasks. No regular & casual clothing is permitted. Swimwear also consider as one garment.
Everyone (Males & Females) have to compulsorily Carry their own Swimwear, Erotic wear, tempting Bedroom Lingeries and should dress up in those, specially During Both Evening Activities. Sexy Swimwear is mandatory for pool uses. Strictly 2 piece Bikini for Females.
Tasks & Activities may demand Parcial or full nudity, as per the situation or mood of the tasks. It may also contain Intimate Acts. But definitely with the choice of preferred partner.
It is compulsory for Participants, to engage in all scheduled erotic activities.
Mobile uses will be restricted.
No Party kind of loud music or dances allowed. Can play soft or sensual music when needed.
Strictly no exit will be allowed to residents from house, for whatsoever reasons, except some medical emergency. So residents may buy all their necessary stocks before entering the house. No arguments heard.
Participants must follow the house schedule for meals. All meals will be served inside the house.
10. Follow the key of consent before accessing anyone intimately.
