Erótica Ball First Timer

I attended the erotica ball for the first time and had a blast!! The vibe was awesome, the costumes were great and there were so many sexy and beautiful people. I can’t wait until the next one. I most definitely will be in attendance.

Desirous Erotica Ball

Well organized party!

We had a blast at this party with a fabulous group of people. 3 Areas with several DJ's. Great decoration. Wonderful costumes. If we didn't live on the other side of the pond we would definitely visit a Desirous party again!

Purgatory Heaven & Hell 2023 Houston, Texas was an absolute blast!

The 4 day party had everything: amazing DJs, stunning couples and single women in their fabulous themed attire, and a fun, lively atmosphere. The photo shoot area was a total hit, and the drinks were top-notch. Can't wait for the next one!

Best party we have been to!

This party caters to the younger crowd and if you fall into that group it is amazing. We do have some older couples that went/have gone and get mixed reactions from it being a great takeover but some say they leave feeling left out due to not making connections. That being said it is still the best takeover we have been to. We do fall into the younger crowd and had no issues walking around and getting to know so many people during the day at the pool parties and then finding those we really liked for some private time those evenings to get back out and party on selected floors until 6 or 7 in the morning. Amazing themes, amazing music, great atmosphere and attendees. If we could only choose 1 event a year it would be this one for us hands down.

Great time

We go to this event every year. We love the crowd and the vibe. So much fun. Great music, great costumes. Just a blast. Only negative is the hotel isn't the best, and the drink service is always really slow.

Purgatory pleasure

First of all the people and the music were unmatched! It was a feast for the visual senses, attendees really take their theme and costumes to the next level. It would be worth going just a watch but much more fun to play LOL. The DJ’s and drummers were top tier. The staff of the hotel at the Doubletree were amazing and friendly as were the security crew! Two things I never did figure out were one since it’s a hotel takeover why do we have to wear clothes at the pool? Also it would be nice to offer a drink and or food package so you at least have your expenses figured out ahead of time. Love the event, it was our first time and we are definitely coming back!

NYE Desirous Party Revolution.

I have one main issue with DP parties... Does the event promoter know anything about woman and shoes? Having been married 30 years you learn in the first year woman love sexy shoes and love to wear them dressed up. The sexier shoe the more uncomfortable the shoes are to wear and certainly not to stand and walk around all night with no where to sit. So you put on an event and have no tables and chairs available for woman with very uncomfortable shoes to sit down? We left in those sexy shoes after an hour. The event is well promoted and had plenty of Life Style people all dressed sexy and we left in an hour. Put TABLES and CHAIRS for sexy woman to be able to sit. We won’t be back unless you do.

It must be hard to find a good DJ. So many of the crowd is over 40, yet the music is completely targeted for a younger demographic.

Great meet and greet party

We attended the two nights of the Desirous party in Houston for the first time. It was fantastic if what you want is to just see beautiful looking people with skimpy outfits. If what you want is to swing, then this party will not meet your needs. There was no facilities provided to interact sexually, not even soft swap. If you can only do `it` in your room, with the doors closed, this full-take over was no different than any hotel, where people can be naked and have sex without any considerations. We have gone to other hotel takeovers, in which rooms/suites were provided for playing to anyone. In other cases, separate public areas were available to those that wanted more than just dancing or chatting. Plus, in many cases, locals that want to play with other locals, and do not have rooms have no place for on-premise fun.

A Place in Between... Not Heaven or Hell...Just Purgatory

We attended all three (3) days and it was a blast. Full disclosure, it really helps if you know someone because the event is attended by a lot of repeat couples and groups and they pretty much stay together in their own groups. Everyone is very friendly but it can be a bit clickish until the ice is broken which can be hard if you’re not overly outgoing and don’t mind being some what of a “bar fly”. But with all that being said not everyone was that way and we had a great time and would do it again. One last note, as some have mentioned in their comments... this event is for Ken and Barbie, gym rats, HWP couples and plastic surgery recipients...seriously!!! There is no disrespect...IJS. The majority of the attendees were very attractive people. So if you plan on attending... you better hit the gym or contact your surgeon because otherwise you might feel very out of place.

5th Year Attending Best One Yet

We've attended ended Purgatory party since discovering DP (and the LS) 5 years ago. Every year improved over the last and this year is no exception. The music, the venue, the parties, the beautiful bodies, all made this year the best ever. Be forewarned, this is NOT a party for those who are not HWP. If you have a body far percentage of greater than 12%, or do not send at least 5 days a week in the gym, you will not for in.

Really nice looking and fun people!!!

We enjoyed the party. We were happily surprised by the crowd: everybody was really good looking, pretty hot and fun to party with. The DJ played some good music all night. The only bad thing is that we couldn't have sex in the lounge. We had to drive several miles to go to the hotel and it kind of cut the mood/spirit. I think it would be better to do it all at the same place (party at the hotel).
