I wrote the book in order to correct, what I believe to be the false teachings in the evangelical, conservative, fundamentalist churches in the USA regarding sexuality and the rightful role of women. Most of what is advocated by these churches, on this subject, has absolutely no biblical basis, or foundation whatsoever. They are simply concepts that began in the Dark Ages and have continued to be perpetuate by the churches, because nobody had the courage to point out that these teachings, and practices, were all man made and not taught in scripture.
