first off what a great looking couple... i mean i might be a bit biased but wow! and the events....top notch! just cool ppl looking to hangout and meet other like minded cool ppl!

We’ve been a part of TSP for 3+ years. Many events, lots of great people.

This club is simply a work in progress. The layout of the club, and the facility itself are decent enough. However, there are significant areas of improvement this club will have to make to "get there". First of all, the music is not good. We have been to the club twice, and neither time (and especially this past weekend), the DJ plays mostly hip hop - even when the dance floor is empty from lack of interest. Afterall, the main focus of any of these clubs should be to get people dancing, and hopefully getting frisky. That has not happened. Music has to improve. Two, there are no video screens around the club - which we believe differentiates from a vanilla club. May not be a deal breaker for many, but ambience is always good. Third, play rooms need to be cleaned up considerably. There is a work room adjacent to the play area, which is certainly not conducive to wanting to participate. There is little 'voyeur' space either. Four, how do you have a bar with no bottled water? Went back three times - they were supposedly going to get some and asked me to come back later - and no water. This club has all sorts of potential. But really needs to focus on activity (dancing), service and cleaning up some odds and ends. We will go back, but the fun meter was about a 3. It could easily be an 8 or 9 with some adjustments.

WOW! A Packed club filled with erotic sexy couples, for this meet n greet. Never had this much fun at Players. Thank You Prestige Staff especially Eric. We will return again and again.

We are newbies (that is what people call us here anyway lol) and we have been to two different clubs in san antonio. Players and Club Prestige. It is like day and night. Our first experience Players almost made us drop out of the lifestyle for good, it was only after I continuously begged my wife that we try another club and a free shopping spree on the credit card, that she agreed. Wow what a night. Thanks Prestige. I definately owe you guys. Not only did we play and play well, my wife is not bi, Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. A true fan for life. We are definately going to be repeat customers and this is coming from her more then me. Thank you again and again. Also someone should warn people about Players and their lack of respect to new couples.

Went there and it was a big let down, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pay $50 and still have to pay for a Coke, are you serious? Been to hotel parties better than this so called swingers club while paying less while getting free refreshments and food. It was a hot mess I tell you, maybe one or two couples worth talking to also... Should have drank my $50 away at home!

I don't know which one is better. I haven't been there. Only have to say that the best Club in the world is the one in Miami, FL, the "Miami Velvet" Swingers club. There are no problems there, except deciding who you are going to pair up with to enjoy yourselves. There are so many couples, and singles of both sexes there. The people are easy going and have a great time. I have been going there for ten years and it is simply a great club. If you visit Florida make it there.

i am soooooo glad that on a whim/reminder from an old girlfriend that i went to the club and renewed my membership this past Friday night after leaving another club. I met the new staff and owners. I had not been, in at least 6 months ( i was dating someone not in the "style"). Anyway, i renewed; the staff intro'd me as a renewed single male. Had a GREAT time back. Met a couple of AWESOME couples and had MUCH fun in the back rooms, OMG!. I'm soooo glad i went back. I also got much of the drama/history straightened out as well. I will be spreading the word. The place has made some improvements but its the staff and great fun crowd that makes this place a Must to visit and get your "party" on !

as for the A/C it was fixed someone had deliberatly gone on roof and tampered with it. (strange??) Lots of sexy people all ages having a sexy time! Join Us Soon!

OMG. We attended a couple of weeks ago for a big Meet and Greet. Fifteen minutes into the night I thought I was going to die. It had to be 85 degrees in there. Add to that the dirty bathrooms and littered play area and we will never go back. Meet and greet guys should go to Players or something. Dave

I invited two couples to attend on a Friday night, but as a single male, the OWNER, said the price for single males was 350 dollars, that's right...three hundred and fifty dollars. I have been to clubs all over the world and obviously most of them were much better than this place, but I have never seen a cost as steep and outlandish as $350. That night he let me in, with the couples, but told me the next time I came I would have to pay the $350. Guess he doesnt want me back.

Have traveled to many swing clubs all over the world.... CLUB MYSTIQUE not the most decorated... but is very clean, staff very pleasant & makes sure everyone feels comfortable, DJ tries hard to please with requests, Has well lit parking. Friday nights have average nights with Fetiish Group sharing their great toys. Saturday nights much larger crowds - Yes even larger than Players where there are clicks and rude staff! Will be going every weekend we are at home in SA.! We Love this club! B&J.

1.- People from Mystique is not that old. (No offense) But in some other club 85% is over 50. we are a young group of people (8-10 couples) from 25 to 33yrs old. 2.- The music is fantastic!!!!! And for us with those 2 reazons is more than enough. Thank you.... and people just have fun!!!!!

I think not. Drama running freely, witnessed arguments among couples with no management intervention at all, and the bar wench doing her own thing instead of serving. Come to Baltimore and see Tabu, a real swinger's club. Will not visit this place again.

You clearly do not know what your doing, managent is horrible, door people are clueless, Dj plays music he wants to hear not what the crowd wants. Dirty tables- sticky and with no ash trays. Dirty sheets in green room plus it's mess back there. Your allowing anything and anyone in the club during your odd hours of operation. Jello wrestling and flame tosser is not apart of a true swingers world. I was shocked and embarrassed to have witness these things. You clearly want issues, drama and kids in your establishment. I know we won't be back.

OK, time to grow up people. I've been to both clubs and each has its own place in the lifestyle. I've said for years that San Antonio is big enough for more than one club. Let's quit playing 5th grade games and do what is right for the San Antonio lifestyle. This SHOULD be then end of the backbiting....I hope.

ok first off so many rumors and so many mis informed comments. we are members of both clubs, go to both clubs, but honestly you players ppl are starting way to many silly rumors,, why cant we just go to both and enjoy both? yeah players has been around for 10 yrs but lets look at the facts prestige is busier than players 9 our of 10 times and not just a little but by 2 and 3 times busier. so it must not be so bad... dont get me wrong they have some issues, name changes, uncertain future.. but we personally enjoy it more than we have ever enjoyed players, its even better now since the changes last few months. but to clear up the stupid boring and old as hell rumors here is the truth, take it or leave it. first off club prestige is not a gay club, nor do they host to just gays, they host to all persons in the lifestyle, be it gay/bi men/women, fetish or swinger cpls. for those of you that just like to repeat gossip without knowing how it got started, the facts are that they were rumored to host to gays because they refused to remove 2 men having sex from the club, but what was not mentioned in the rumors was that they were not removed because they were both married men, both there with their wives, but they were bi, in fact their wives were in the next room together but i guess no one minded that...so i commend them for not removing them, who are we or you or anyone to say that bi couples that have bi men and that are members can not have the same fun that everyone else can have in a lifestyles club. here we are looking to be accepted as alternate lifestyles as swingers and not be condemned but quick to condemn others when they choose to do things that we would not do, second the club was NEVER named mystique... Club Mystique is and has always been the name of the event that is held at Club Prestige, the swingers event held every fri and sat night is still called club mystique if you dont believe me ask the owners of the event club mystique (mystiquecouple on here), in fact the building was called river city social club just look at the membership cards thats what they say... duhh but no one questioned that... but rivercity social club name belonged to penny but penny is NO LONGER involved in the club in any way, so they had to rename the building hence club prestige was born. members info was never destroyed by sandy to protect your info... your info was never at risk of being sold, he did it for his own agenda not to protect you, but there is no reason to say what that agenda was. next to that cpl that just started going to players and said they never say anything bad about prestige...LOL... i as a players member was told that if i continue to go to prestige that i was not welcome at players and i wont say who said it but they are players employees. so what is boils down to once you get past the old and ever repeated rumors is that they are both good clubs, and they both do the best that they can to provide a night of fun and enjoyment to whomever comes out, players is typically a bit of an older crowd and prestige is a bit of a younger crowd, they both play different music obviously to suit the crowd, they both are on premises clubs and both do the best they can to uphold standards... we have never been in the play room of either club and not had towels, wipes and condoms every time. both clubs are always clean the only opinion that i have is that players crowd is a bit older and they have been going to the same club for so many years that they tend to be a bit clickish but mostly bc they have the cpls that they are used to... and i think this is the reason that on any regular night prestige is busier than players by at least double... unless its a players meet and greet night then its about the same attendance at both clubs. our opinion is that prestige although new and working out bugs is a funner club and they are more welcoming and they are open to the comments of the members to improve the club so that is our club of choice and go there way more than players.

This is a response to the comments left on 3/24/2011 11:12:16 PM. Not sure what your problem is with the owner of Players but we, not he, wrote the review. We learned about Club Mystique on another swingers (SLS)website. We came into San Antonio to visit relatives and take a weekend for ourselves at Club Mystique. We had the experience with Club Mystique as stated. We went to Players this past weekend, both nights, and had a wonderful time. We also have created an account on SDC because several of the couples we met have accounts on SDC. As for the staff at Players, they never bad-mouthed Club Mystique when we complained. They just apologized for our experience and wished us to have a good time in their club. Staff at Mystique talked bad about Players. Players did not even have carpeting on their floors! Club Mystique did (although it was covered with gum spots). So when we decided to post a review for other couples to read about Club Mystique about our experience, it was FOR other swinging couples. The fact that your response to OUR review is an attempt to belittle our opinion and to bash the owner of Players, to whom we have not been introduced, just indicates that you are probably a staff member of Mystique and can't handle the truth. Got news for ya pal, since we paid for the memberships, WE are members of both clubs as well and our opinion is that Club Mystique is NOT the better club. Why don't you spend more time on the facts. Bottom line Players has been around at least 10 years. Club Mystique couldn't make it a year before they decided to change their name to Club Prestige and change up their venue. Got that information from the members of Club Mystique/Prestige! Grow up. These reviews are for MATURE consenting adults who are looking for a club or resort and want to hear what other consenting adults experienced at those places.

As a member of both Mystique and Players, I can tell you that Mystique is by far the better club. They are not a gay club at all. All the negative reports are comming from one individual and one individual alone. That man is the owner of Players. He needs to work more on his club and stop trying to ruin the reputation of a far better club. I ask all of you to please ask the members of this website which club is better. The Majority will tell you Club Mystique.

Not sure what these guys are calling this club. Seems they are not real sure themselves. Anyway, music was alright, dance floor was ok, but the amenities department needs help. We've been to several clubs and these guys seem to think we were supposed to support ourselves. No towels, lubes, or anything. Even with the clubs we visited which had a "European Style" play area there were still tables with the minimum necessities for the members. The staff needs to work on the details. It makes a difference. Going to try the other club in San Antonio next week.

Club Prestige told us on the phone they were a great swingers club. We joined their club only to find out they are a Gay club. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you are in to but we were told it was for swingers. They would not refund our money. Don't waste your time with these guys.

This club is destined for an epic fail. We have been to Club Mystique twice in five months. The first was their Grand Opening. Mystique staff was issuing free memberships for $1. We worried it allowed people without manners, ethics, or respect for others to become members. Experience has shown that people who want something for nothing tend to be heavy drama problems. That aside, we were treated with respect and courtesy by the manager, Sandy. The Saturday night that we were there, Club Mystique had 10 couples there. The dance floor was large and the lighting was ok for the few pieces they had. There was a shadow box to dance in but it was not on, possibly nonfunctional. We saw seven VIP dens that had mattresses with what appeared to be plastic sheet covers. The club did NOT have any pool tables that their website initially said they had. The main play area had four private rooms and one big party room. None of the rooms had towels and we could not see any in what appeared to be their linen room. There were two wash cloths in baskets set beside the mattresses. We were not impressed. The second time we partied at Club Mystique we learned that Sandy had been fired for protecting the membership’s personal data and privacy. Reason: from a refinancing deal in which Penny (club owner) was probably going to provide membership data to the new investors for the possible purpose of using them as telemarketing targets. No loyalty there. We also learned that the club will be called Club Prestige and will cater to the gay community on Thursdays, fetish community on Fridays, and swinger community on Saturdays. With this new setup come new fees. We now had to pay additional membership fees for the other nights if we chose to party at the club. Again, we were not impressed. We understand the “to each their own” but for us there needs to be a certain standard. Lifestyle couples like to play in a safe comfortable environment knowing their privacy is not going to be threatened. We do not feel this club provides those guarantees.

We came into San Antonio to visit friends and party at the club we had a membership to. The taxi driver mistakenly dropped us off at the "old" location of the club. We had no idea the club we had a membership to had moved due to landlord/tenant issues. We produced our membership card with I.D.s at the front desk. The management took our membership card, destroyed it saying that club closed, and issued us a membership card for the club we were at. Unsure, we asked if the couple we were to meet up with were already inside to which the woman at the front desk, glanced at her sign in sheet and stated yes. We paid the "new" membership fees and entered. The club was pretty much as we remembered it but with less tables to sit at. The pool tables and dart board were also missing. The intense lighting over the dance floor that we remembered was replaced by some small twirling DJ lighting reminiscent of the Disco era. The play rooms did not provide any towels but rather wipes. After walking around looking for our friends, we asked several couples if they knew them and their location. We were told they visited the other club at its new location. Following a few more questions we learned that the club we were looking for had moved and was only several miles from where we were. We proceeded to the front desk, asked for the manager, and demanded our money refunded while accusing them of lying to us. The management refused to refund us our money so we demanded our paperwork with our personal information returned which they also refused. This club exercises underhandedness, issues lies to its members, and displays neither honesty or integrity as a club which is supposed to support and take care of its members and potential members. What a shame that a club with potential is ruined by its owners and is a weak link in the protection of its members privacy.

We have visited many clubs in the Unites States, some in South America, and a couple in Europe. This club is by far one of the best clubs we have ever attended. A very friendly atmosphere, very hot couples (very hot). We will definately be going back again and again.

We have been to lifestyle clubs throughout the U.S., South America and in Germany. I would have to say that this club is by far one of the best clubs we have ever attended. We are definately going to make this our club of choice.
