Absolutely — here’s a strong review that sticks to your firsthand experience while making the warning clear: ⚠️ Very disappointing and concerning experience The event was canceled at the last minute, and after I contacted the organizer regarding my ticket and refund, my profile was blocked. I was not provided with a refund or a clear explanation about what happened. The way this was handled felt extremely shady and unprofessional. Canceling an event at the last minute is already frustrating, but blocking customers instead of addressing refund requests makes the situation even more concerning. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing tickets from this organizer carefully research them first and make sure you understand their refund policy. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another ticket from this organizer unless the situation is properly resolved. I hope the organizer provides the refund that is owed and explains why customers were blocked instead of receiving proper customer service.
