The Art of Embodied Touch is a guided Somatic Tantra workshop that explores how conscious touch becomes a pathway to deeper connection, nervous system regulation, and embodied intimacy.

Through breath, presence, attunement, and guided touch practices, you'll discover how to transform touch from something automatic into something deeply intentional.

This is not about becoming a massage therapist.

It is about becoming someone whose touch communicates safety, presence, trust, and care.

All practices are fully clothed, trauma-informed, and guided within a respectful, consent-based environment.
