We would love to host your next getaway weekend with your LS friends. Come relax on our 5 acres of secluded paradise! Our Farmhouse style home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths designed for comfort and relaxation. The farmhouse is perfect for entertaining up to 12 of your friends with an open concept living/dining/kitchen with high beamed ceiling and dining for 12. The kitchen is fully stocked ready for a gourmet cook, if needed. Don't want to cook on vacation? We are only 4 miles from downtown Fredericksburg Main Street where you will find a variety of places to dine and over 100 unique local shops. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with sleeper sofa but there is also an apartment that can be rented that sleeps 4 for a total of 12 guests. Included with your stay is our Coffee and Wine Bar where you can enjoy coffee, tea, hot chocolate or cider any time and in the evening enjoy a glass of wine from the Wine Cooler. After a glass of wine head out back to the "Spa"vilon to enjoy our 10 person hot tub. This outdoor/indoor space is perfect for entertaining with satellite TV, fireplace, blue tooth speaker, and wine cooler/fridge. Done relaxing in the tub? Spa robes, towels and complimentary travel slippers are waiting for you to keep you cozy in front of the fireplace. What about an utive shuttle?
