Upon arrival, you will have a welcome drink waiting, served as soon as you sit down at the table.
Appetizer:
Fresh goat cheese with sweet pumpkin, honey and walnuts.
Rio Maior Bread.
Boiled shrimps with tartar sauce.
Main dishes:
Pork cheeks confit and flavored with star anise.
Chicken thighs and legs with coconut and Indian curry.
Desserts:
Strawberry ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream.
Fruit salad with orange juice.
Drinks:
Water.
Red wine.
White wine.
Sangria of sparkling wine.
