Attire: Wear your bright color, neon bathing suits, sundress, swim trunks (clothing optional)
7 Playrooms/5 bathrooms, in a beautiful 5-acre estate in Palm Beach. Free onsite parking for ALL guests, free food, private pool, bartender, multiple large screen TV’s throughout the home for those naughty movies, DJ, games, tattoo artist, plenty of vendors, and more! BYOB (required), BYOC, bring personal towels if you plan to use the pool.

***Rooms are booked for Weekend Packages as a priority to accommodate our out of town guests or those who reside locally in South Florida who desire a weekend get away, as opposed to per night /overnight stays. Please contact hosts via telephone to check availability for any single night room requests.

*Must provide your own tent, with mattress if applicable and a cooler is recommended.

Our VIP services will come with expedited check-in to the party, private bar services, dedicated concierge services to assist with your needs and requests. The suite will also come with exquisite dining to tantalize your taste buds, private state of the art restroom/shower. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless, luxury and enjoyable experience.
The VIP Suite is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the party in style and luxury with your friends and make some new friends!
To ensure that you dont miss out on this opportunity, we encourage you to reserve your VIP spot which are LIMITED and first come first serve as soon as possible. With only a limited number of spots available, we expect them to fill up quickly, so dont delay in securing your place.
