BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS THEIR NAME IS ON THE GUEST LIST. You will be greeted by parking attendants and security.

DRESS: There is no theme for this event. Neat casual or sexy club wear and lingerie is appropriate. The pool/pavilion area is clothing optional but the pool will not be open yet. Most ladies, and some gents, bring a change for dressing up to the theme in the evening or dressing down late night but this is also not required. Please dress to impress.
A warm robe is recommended for moving between the house and the poolhouse or for socializing in the pavilion area or smoker’s lounge.

There is a designated smoking area and is BYO420 friendly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere but in the smokers lounge! This includes no smoking in the pool/pavilion area or front porch of the house.

NO Firearms or drugs allowed on the property (420 exception). Anyone caught violating these rules will be removed from the property, banned from future events and may be subject to legal action.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY GUEST FROM THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON.
