…..and we’re BACK! Welcome to Euphoria!
We are excited to welcome back all of our sexy guests to the Baymont Inn for a new season of 2-Day Total Hotel Takeovers!
Our first party will be the ever popular Back to School theme. Ladies, dress naughtier than you were ever able to in school. Men/Professors, dress to impress for the weekend (no sweats or basketball shorts, etc)!
Our live DJ will be playing your favorite dance music starting at 7pm on the balcony overlooking the dance floor and pool area.
New for this year will be Kinktopia! The entire 3rd floor will be dedicated to this dynamic feature. While Euphoria was rooted in the swinger genre, we are first and foremost a LIFESTYLE group, welcoming ALL genres of the lifestyle. The founders of Kinktopia and owners and staff of Euphoria feel strongly about providing a safe judgement free zone for everyone. Kinktopia leans towards the bdsm/kink side of the lifestyle. Heather and Robert bring an unprecedented level of energy and their passion lies in teaching and opening minds. They will focus on exciting features for Friday night and put on seminars, classes and special events as well as the Kinktopia Hospitality Suite that’ll be open all weekend (during party hours or longer if the desire is there) that’s sure to be full of stimulating activities! Feel free to request a room on 3rd floor to be closer to the action. We suspect as the year goes on and the word gets out 3rd floor will sell out quick.
We will have a Couples and Women ONLY Suite (single men can attend as long as theyre with a couple or single female, but must leave when they leave). This "H" Suite is divided into 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each, a Sybian in one room and a swing in the other! We also have the ever-popular Hospitality Suite for WOMEN ONLY!!! This room also has its own Sybian, several toys to enjoy, and the security of knowing ONLY women will be allowed in the room (no exceptions).
Our daytime activities starting at 1 on Saturday are crazy fun and popular! Our staff and generous vendors have brought this to another level with THOUSANDS in prizes and its quickly become one of the highlights of the party!
Of course, the amazing pool/hot tub area will be available as well where nudity is allowed (and encouraged).

Rooms will need to be paid up front! Payment links will be sent for payment once we get you booked and your booking won’t get entered until payment has been made. We will have a cancellation policy of 48hrs before the Friday of the party (Wednesday before the party by 3pm).

NO ADMITTANCE AFTER 10pm!! If you have bought tickets and are running late please call or text 952-245-2438 to let us know.
Check-in is 3pm/Checkout is 10am Saturday and 11am Sunday.
---EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK OUT WILL BE $35 IF YOU HAVE A ROOM.
---EARLY ENTRY ON SATURDAY FOR THE PARTY WITHOUT A ROOM (TO ENJOY THE DAYTIME ACTIVITIES) WILL BE $10.
---Rooms with more than 2 people staying in a double bedroom will need to pay an additional $10 per person (max of 4 people to a room) per night. This is to cover the extra cost of breakfast, extra cleaning, etc.
