Follow the instructions below and you will be registered in just a couple of simple steps.

5. Once we send you the hotel booking links, book your room
Couple / Poly Packages:
We only have two options: a 4-night package for Wednesday night (July 5, 2023) through Sunday (July 9, 2023) and a 3-night package for Thursday night (July 6, 2023) through Sunday (July 9, 2023). We do not have one or two-night or day packages available. The hotel room is not included in the package price. A room at the convention hotels is REQUIRED to attend.
All packages must be paid with either a deposit or in full at the time of booking.
We highly recommend travel insurance since you never know what could happen.
Hotel Information:
We are taking over 2 complete hotels this year! Please remember this is a hotel takeover, so a hotel stay at the convention hotel is required. 1 couple or triple per room. The room is not included in the package price and is required to attend. If a room is not booked when we send you the links, we will cancel your reservation to attend the event.
Hotels & Rates:
The Wednesday - Sunday package hotel is the Astor Crowne Plaza and the rate is $194 (+tax) per night. The Astor Crowne Plaza has a 4-night minimum, starting Wednesday night. The rate for the shoulder dates (days before and after the convention dates) is $105 per night plus tax. The hotel will not charge you for the room until June 5th or later.
The Thursday - Sunday hotel is The NOPSI Hotel and rates start at $189 (+tax) per night. You may choose to stay at The NOPSI Wednesday to Sunday (Wednesday night is $139 +tax), especially if you prefer to stay where the Dungeon will be located.
The booking links will be sent to you as soon as we have them from the hotels (early September 2022).
Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be responsible for any incidentals not in the package and will be issued a receipt by the hotel for those expenses. You must use our booking link to book your room. If you try to call the hotel or book direct with the hotel, you will be told that the hotel is sold out because we have all the rooms. It is sold out for everyone who is not attending this event.
