This is our legendary New Years Party is one of the biggest lifestyle events in the Southeast! We have the biggest, most beautiful hotel and the largest swingers group in Atlanta!

WHEN? Sunday December 31, 2023. Our Giant New Years Eve Ball in the Ballroom from 8:00pm-2:00am, with all night after-party on all our party floors! WE HAVE THE ENTIRE HOTEL.
We will also have a staff photographer for portraits, erotic vendors, toy sellers, staff masseuse, BDSM Dungeon, and more! This will be the hottest New Years Eve Party in town!

WHO IS INVITED? This party will cater to couples and single ladies (over 21 of course). We will also admit select, respectful single gentlemen.
HOW MUCH? Couples $120, Single Ladies $40, Single Males $200.
MEMBERSHIPS? Swinging Atlanta is a private membership club. Memberships will be available at the party for only $10 per person, for all who need them. BRING YOUR IDS.
BOOZE? There will be a CASH BAR on the ground floor, and floor parties afterward will be BYOB.
FOOD? We will have hors doeuvres in the Ballroom. We will
also have light snacks in the floor party lounges.
RESERVATIONS? You do not have to rent a hotel room to attend the party. You can simply pay the party fees (above). However, we recommend getting a room if you can. Youll have your own space to crash if you like to drink, and your own private place to play if you hook-up! If you need to call the hotel directly at 404-767-1988, be sure to tell them you are with the S.A. Atlanta Group! No outsiders can book our rooms for this event!
