Online pre-paid tickets will be made available the week of the event for those that prefer to use credit cards.
It is not required to dress for the event themes but it is more fun. We do encourage ladies to wear their sexiest outfits and guys come dressed to impress.
To increase your fun and privacy, we want to make it a FULL hotel takeover on Friday night, not just on Saturday. In order to keep outsiders out of the host hotel on Friday night, the Host Hotel has set a 2-night minimum for all bookings.
The Host Hotel is for Confirmed Vibe Guest Only! ONLY ONE Room Reservation per Member Profile. Host Hotel Reservations may ONLY be made through the Online Reservation Link that will be included in your RSVP Confirmation. DO NOT share your reservation link with ANYONE. Reservations at the Host Hotel have a 7-day cancellation policy. Host Hotel reservations cancellations made after 12:00am on February 2nd are not guaranteed, and may be charged.
A FEW REMINDERS: This is a PRIVATE EVENT. DO NOT share the event location with ANYONE.
We love it, and encourage you to tell your friends about Vibe, but the Event Location is Private until they are confirmed by Vibe.
We take YOUR safety and security very important. We will have security at the entrance to the Event Location and throughout the hotel.
EVERYONE must be on the confirmed list and show their confirmation to gain entrance to the property. All others will be turned away.
Event wristbands MUST be worn at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be escorted off the property immediately.
Food Deliveries: Absolutely NO food deliveries past the front desk. All food deliveries to the host hotel will be delivered to the front desk ONLY. Do not give your room number when you place an order for food deliveries. Delivery instruction will be “Deliver to Front Desk”. This policy is in place starting at 3:00pm on Friday and ends at 11:00am on Sunday. You must be fully covered at all times in the hotel lobby, this includes picking up your food deliveries.
No Cameras, except in the designated photo op area.
You will need a Driver’s License or Photo ID for admittance (21 and over). No exceptions!
