We are a hybrid sex education, swingers, kink, fetish and inclusive safe space for pleasure based sex education. From where the vaginal C spot is to the benefits of milking, Debra Shade has created something very special in Shades. Normal hours of operations are based on a split shift of time from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Our mission is overall whole-body wellness with a concentration on sexual wellness, mindfulness exercises, yoga, massage, meditation, yoni, painting, coloring, and general health and wellness alternatives. Operated by Board-Certified, Clinical Sexologist, Debra Shade, ACS, who delivers workshops, seminars, and hosts retreats teaching individuals and couples about the health benefits of completing the sexual response cycle – the release. The first of its kind, Shades Oasis, fills a gap in intimacy therapy. Her naturopathy practices are natural, and noninvasive and promote self-healing led by naturopaths from various therapeutic fields of care. Shades Oasis and its practitioners will refer modern medicine, when necessary, to clients/patients. From lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels to acting as an antidepressant and antihistamine, the body produces a perfect storm of hormones that affect the body in beneficial ways. We believe that if people understand the process the body goes through, they will be more inclined to get educated through modern-day adult intimacy wellness education. Specifically, on how to create a regimen that will improve their health, including completing the cycle, using safe practices, and understanding the efficacy of engaging with others. Heart health, calorie burning, pain relieving chemicals, and hormones are created by completing the four steps of the cycle and the intensity of pleasure regulates how much benefit you will receive.
