The Homestead at 3218
By popular demand, we are planning to host swingers weekends throughout the coming year. Our resort consists of a large pool house with five 1-2 bedroom, fully furnished apartments including kitchens and private baths, A recreation center with a large steam room, black light room, video lounge, pool table and a co-ed bathroom. There is also single bed accommodations in the recreation center for up to 13 people. These accommodations are a bunk room or private sleeping cubicles with locking doors. Our RV park (30 and 50 amp) accommodates 12 RV's. We also have primitive tent sites. Additionally, we have a condo-style barndominium that sleeps 4 with queen beds (On our website as Red Rooster Cottage). The 40 x 18 inground pool, located outside the pool house, is enclosed with an 8ft fence, the pool area is clothing optional as is inside the recreation center, excluding the check-in lobby.
