Cancellation Policy:-

1. Enrollment is cancelable till 25th April with an 100 refund.

2. Enrollment is cancelable till 21st April with a 50 deduction if a refund is required, or 100 carry forward against enrollment for any future event.

3. No cancellation will be accepted after 21st April.

4. Refunds will be processed within a week’s time after the event is over.

Enrollment Process:-

Enrollment confirmation is only against 100 transfer of the Enrollment charges.

Please Note:-

* This is an approval-based enrollment to the event. Showing interest should not be considered as confirmation of enrollment. The rights of enrollment are reserved with Mumbai Velvet and will depend on various criteria.
* A confirmed participants list, venue address, or pictures, etc., will not be shared with anyone, so please bear with us. The venue will be disclosed at the last moment. Be assured, everything will be shared at the right time.
* This event will be conducted with strict house rules & schedule, which every participant has to follow, to maintain order and create a safe, carefree, comfortable, and fun-filled environment.
* Only enrolled participants will be permitted at the venue. No kids or guests will be allowed.
* It is compulsory to follow the theme of swimwear for the pool party for everyone. No excuses will be accepted.
* No use of substances considered illegal under the law of the land will be permitted. If found, it will be reported to the local authorities.
* Participants are permitted to carry their own specific drinks or diluters.
* Exit from the venue during party is not permitted.
* There will be certain restrictions on clicking pictures through mobile phones, and everyone is expected to follow them. You may click yourself following the guidelines, avoiding anyone else in your frame. If found clicking or making videos of others without consent or knowledge, it will be considered a violation of privacy and may result in forced exit or immediate checkout from the venue. Leer Menos
