I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing tickets from this organizer carefully research them first and make sure you understand their refund policy. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another ticket from this organizer unless the situation is properly resolved. I hope the organizer provides the refund that is owed and explains why customers were blocked instead of receiving proper customer service.
