Husband and I live their podcast! They are hilarious, candid, real and super informative too. They’re like our lifestyle coaches! We can relate to them in general and their personalities. Thanks for keeping our work commutes fun!

Well, the first full day of “recovery” has past. Although I feel I’m less at home than I was a few days ago. All I can say is Damn! It’s obvious Richard and Lauren get it. We started this journey of ours nearly 6 years ago. Room77 was the second podcast we listened to while trying to figure out our place in the lifestyle. It took a while to get all the pieces to fall into place to attend one of their events. This Sin was our second. We attended Flirt in February. Best lifestyle event we have ever attended. This is the event we now fantasize about, plan, and save for. The friends we've made at and because of Sin, Flirt, and Room77 are very special to us. None of which would have been possible without Richard and Lauren and the love and dedication they put into Rm77 and the events they host. They’re both currently reading this section and feeling embarrassed. Lauren might even be tearing up a bit. Don't. It should come as a comfort that people like us, who have searched for our place and our people, found them both with the two of you. James and I are planning to tell everyone we know and like that this is the place they need to be. Even if we can't. ❤️ Roxy and James

We attended Flirt 2025 for our 1st LS vacation and L&R knocked it out of the park for us. We had such an amazing time meeting so many wonderful people. The work and coordination that went into this event was massive and it was evident because everything ran so smooth. We will definitely return for another event as soon as we can. We can't wait to see all of our sexy new friends again soon. This was a trip/event we will absolutely never forget.

They are just as engaging and sanguine in person as they are on the podcast. their events are first class!

We think so much of R&L that we had to reunite for a very special birthday at SIN 2024. We had the most amazing time, filled with everything from island excursions, to relaxing beach time, to erotic experiences with new friends, to the most badass play room you’ve ever seen, with loads of sexiness and partying. The beach party was out of this world! We will make this a regular part of our erotic getaways! Thanks R&L

We have been to private parties, takeovers, traveled to Europe, been to swanky balls, and even met “George”. Every single one of those events PALE IN COMPARISON to what LnR created with R77. Yes, there are some venues where people pay a great deal to play dirty, yes, there are places where alcohol is key to getting your freak on, BUTTTT 🍑, there have been zero, and when i mean zero, ZERO events where when you walk in the door you feel like you walked into a friend’s home and you have the literal red carpet rolled out for you. People weren't swayed by the hurricane. in fact, they changed their plans to arrive earlier to make sure if the ferry would stop running, they got there in time to join the party. I now understand. The couples are 🔥! The conversations ran from economics to ecstasy, fantasies to French cuisine, and popping cherries to parenting. it was our first R77 and i undstand why you need to RUN and book their event before it sells out within a day. From the scheduled events, to the late night food, your hosts thought of every comfort you might need. And for us newbies, who went not knowing anyone and are in the LSish, it was an incredible venue to get your feet 💦 I'm only annoyed by one thing. by reviewing this so positively, the events will sell out even faster. But R77, you deserve it. we’ll be back!

This event was classy, fun and friendly. There were so many sexy bodies, beautiful people and quality conversations. The caliber of people drawn to Room 77 are top notch. The entertainment was fantastic and sexy, the atmosphere was a perfect blend of fun and conducive to socializing. If you want an absolutely amazing experience, Richard & Lauren know how to do it.

These two are caring, compassionate, inspiring, educators, lovers, instigators, partiers, comedians, joyous, and friends! Keep doing what you are doing. Well, at least we can say that about Lauren, not so sure about Richard, ha.

Our first resort LS trip was their first resort takeover. We have been to every one since. They have built a great community that is welcoming of newbies and great sexy fun for all - each event seems to be 50% full of very attractive friends who have been to a past event and 50% new sexy people. All of them are such good humans - we think their podcast must attract people who are sexy, fun, easygoing, and don’t take things too seriously. Venues are great and their team works hard to put on an amazing event with great DJs and entertainment - and a sexy huge playroom full of hot people! We love them and their community so much.

Great couple that had done so much for the lifestyle.

We met Richard and Lauren in Desire Pearl in their "Touch" hands-on class. Started listening to the Podcast are love it! I guess we are their listener they refer to. LOL Engaging, funny, sexy, and informing - everything you want in a Lifestyle podcast!

What a find! A couple recommended episode 52, so we listened to our first Room 77 podcast. It was genuine and well worth the time. Laughed. Related. Learned. Validated. The podcast could have a great pair-personality. Two thumbs, and one penis, up.

Best podcast these 2 are non stop funny and sexy!!!

If you think the podcast is awesome you need to go to their hotel takeovers. We had such a great time at Sinsation takeover in Cancun we are going to Antigua for Summer Bang. Richard and Lauren are amazing hosts and the best all around type of people.

Love the show. Certainly appreciate Richard giving up his lucrative medical career as a Proctologist/Gynecologist/Urologist/Cardiologist/Podiatrist/Psycho Pharmacologist (and all the other disciplines I missed). Lauren would brighten up a funeral with her contagious laugh. The endless entertainment from their banter is award worthy, to say the least.

We attended two of the takeovers and we loved everything about them. It’s Desire squared, in every way. Lauren and Richard are great hosts, bounds of energy and personality. What you hear on the podcast is authentic. The people that attended our events clicked so well and made our time so memorable. Looking forward to the next adventure with them. If you haven’t signed up yet, are easy on the eyes, kind, and lots of fun then do it!! You won’t regret it.

While we have not had the opportunity to attend one of their lifestyle parties yet...we did attend several workshops when this amazing couple was at Desire. There is zero doubt in our mind that their events will be top notch! We love Richard & Lauren and can't wait until our paths cross again!

Even with all the shit thrown at them by the weather and the hotel they pulled off a fun event. Plus they did it with such a positive attitude. Very interested to see what they can pull off when the gods aren't conspiring against them!

We flew from LA because we knew R&L would throw a great party and, frankly, we had enough of our home. It was time to get out again. First, I will only say this about the Hotel that shall not be mentioned. The hotel staff was great to us even though they were thrown under the bus by management. Just had to say that. Second, we go to Pearl without knowing anyone each time. It can be a bit intimidating with various cliques there but we always found the people very nice and end up making friends at the resort but nothing substantial. The folks in Dallas were so hospitable. Without exception and we felt we came away with some quality friends. The folks and atmosphere there was amazing and that came from the people who attended. The parties and events were great. It may have been freezing outside, but the dance hall was cooking. The events were fun and the lodge was great. Maybe, for us, the only negative is the music on the first night didn't need to be 100% grunge. A little Country would have been nice. That's about it on negative. R,L & J put on a great event and we would love to return.

I don't ever write reviews but here goes. We get the address to the event and we are concerned. We walk in the lobby and think oh no.. The shit show commence's. Someone on your team thought this Hotel was a good idea ? You need to take responsibility for this. (maybe you have). We start meeting others and they all look like another 75.00 a night would not be a problem. Why so cheap ? Then we go to speed date. fun ! Then the White party- More fun. Do it again the next day. FUN ! Your team was working there ass off to save this the entire time. The guest were just awesome. We are so in for next time ! So fun ! What a great group of people. ...We will even volunteer to help. David

First off, we had an amazing time. Richard and Lauren, and John did everything in their power to throw an amazing party. What we loved: We really enjoyed the speed dating, it was a great way to meet everyone before the parties each night. With a group that large, we did need more overall time to meet each couple. We meet about 50% of the room. No big deal, just a suggestion. What could improve, maybe: It all felt a bit rushed between activities to parties. It was too hard to get to everything and change clothes for each event. We didnt expect we could do everything, but even with what we picked, and decent six\zed hang overs, it was a challenge to move that quickly between events. We never got to do the Art of Tcuch in Mexico. It was one of the main reasons we signed up for this party in the first place. However, it booked so quickly, we didnt get to grab a spot. However, due to events beyond the control of Room 77, it was canceled anyway. We would LOVE to suggest an option for those that attended this event to get a "first dibs" or a day window to sign up for the next party before newbies. Richard, Lauren and John treated us as long term friends. I felt so loved and welcome. We cannot wait to go to another party as soon as possible. We will do what we can to help with an event if it is held near Austin, Texas since we live nearby. - Jim and Katy B (aka Geoff and Karen pn Twitter and facebook).

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Valentines Project takeover! The organizer and hosts were very courteous and put one one heck of an event! Loved the interaction through the individual scheduled events, definitely broke up the clicks that tend to happen at these events, I don’t think anybody felt left out...huge success! Speed dating, strip poker, boudoir photos, social area, room crawls and of course the evening events were spot on! Sign us up for the next one!

This was our first LS event and it was AMAZING! Despite everything that shall go unspoken, we enjoyed every part of it. Thanks for making it special and we look forward to attending more of your events.

Definitely a 10 out of 10! Nice hotel, great private event space with plenty of security, awesome party room, nicely done play rooms, great day events like boudoir photos and speed dating, etc. and epic parties at night! Will definitely look for more of Room77 Events!

We only were able to attend the White Party on Friday evening due to the weather. We had a really good time. Loved the speed dating before and all the sexiness in white was awesome!!

Start to finish. Pre Party The communication on the front end was fantastic and so easy to navigate the information from the website. Booking was super easy and everything you needed was spot on. We had zero problems. The Party First off, there were tons of people, and that speaks volumes because right about the time the party was gonna start mother nature lost her rabid ass mind and turned Texas into a scene from Alaskan Bush people, without the accents and less inbreeding. Anyway, the Party. The party was a very sexy and classy event, it felt upscale without the elitist clique-y things you find at some places. There were a lot of hot people there dressed to impress. The ladies were stunning and there were so many sexy sights to see. Everyone was cool…except that one dude that looked like he had someone tied up in his basement, he was sketchy. We’re just playing, we don’t think he had a basement or someone tied up in it…we suspect they were in small bags in his refrigerator. The decorations were nice and the setup of the facilities was well done. You had public areas, private areas and public areas where you could do private things. Everything was super clean and kept up throughout the night. Having the bar there was very convenient. All of the staff were fantastic, from the security to the ladies at the door, everyone was super easy to deal with and very helpful. The lighting was legit and way more elaborate than we anticipated. We would have been fine with a couple of guys that were fucked up like lab rats holding a flash light swinging around a glow stick on a string but they did it up big. Dim enough to play a little but bright enough to make sure it was with the correct person. The DJ was excellent and kept everyone on the dance floor. The music was stuff you would recognize and could dance to. The Dinner at the lodge was great. There was a lady there doing aerobatics on stage that would make cirque du soileil envious. And she was freaking hot. Last but not least. Lauren and Richard. Such a cool couple. Seriously they worked their asses off to make sure everyone had a good time and things went off well. Such good communication and updates. They obviously had a million things going on but made sure to stop to talk to everyone and make them feel welcome. They were on point the entire event. Thats a lot to handle for a party that lasted longer than Milli Vanilli’s career. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Y’all have the only podcast my dear husband will listen to with me. He says it’s real. I’ll miss you at Desire, your class was fabulous. Look forward to catching up with one of your events. Hope the best for you two
