Check outs anytime after 5 AM on 1st December till 11 AM.

House Rule-

Participants will be in two categorised, Resident & Guest. Both Couple/Single (Male/Female).

Guests will be entering the house for limited hours. All house rules are applicable on Guests too, except Exits.

Participants should wear only Erotic, Sexy & Tempting bedroom lingeries or roleplay Costumes. No regular & casual clothing is permitted.

Everyone (Males & Females) have to compulsorily Carry their own Swimwear, Erotic or Roleplay Lingeries and should dress up in those specially During Both Evening Activities. Sexy Swimwear is mandatory for pool uses. Strictly 2 piece Bikini for Females.

Tasks & Activities may demand Parcial or full nudity, as per the situation or mood of the tasks. It may also contain Intimate Acts. But definitely with the choice of preferred partner.

It is compulsory for Participants, to engage in all scheduled erotic activities.

Mobile uses will be reasonably restricted.

No Party kind of atmosphere is permitted, and so no loud music or dances expected. But can play soft or sensual music when needed.

Strictly no exit will be allowed to residents from house, for whatsoever reasons, except some medical emergency. So residents may buy all their necessary stocks before entering the house. No arguments heard.

There will be a schedule for meals, and participants must follow the house schedule for meals. All meals will be served inside the house.

Follow the key of consent before accessing anyone intimately.

Violation of House Rules and schedule may result upto, forced check out from the house.

Resident- Maximum 12 Couples & 4 Single Male/Female.

Reference is mandatory for Enrollments.

For Singles, Recommendations & Feedbacks From 1 participant Couple or 2-3 Non Participants, reliable couples are mandatory.

Guest Slot Schedule:-

29th November -7 PM to 12 AM.

30th November
12 PM to 5 PM & 7 PM to 12 AM

Guest can enroll for maximum 2 Slots & can't stay extra time or overnight.

Charges & Inclusions:-

Resident Couple/Single Male:-

Suite Room- 30000/- 
Premium Room:- 26000/-
Deluxe Nextdoor Stay:- 20000/-

Guest Couple/Single Male:- 7000/- Per Slot

Charges Includes:-

2 Night Double Occupancy Accommodation (For Residents Only)
Uses of entire property
All meals
Unlimited Kingfisher Ultra Beer
Unlimited Drinks (Indian Brands Whiskey, Vodka, Dark/White Rum, Gin, Tequila)
Deluters (Coke, Sprite, Soda, Juices, Water, Icecubes).

Enrollment Process- Enrollment will be considered confirmed only after 100 payment Transfer.
Cancellation-
Resident Enrollment:- Cancellation is accepted till 10th November 2025 only. Charges will be refunded after 50 deduction. No refund whatsoever, for cancellation after November 10th 2025.
