One private room with a king size bed fits 15 to 20 people to have fun on it, a simi private room with a queen size bed that fits 10 to 15 people on it. There is another king size bed that fits 15 to 20 people on there to have fun on it this is our private bedroom and another room with a bed for those that was close intimate fun. We have a fuck machine to use if asked for it. We are also in the process on adding more BDSM Toys to use.

There is a great outside sitting area for those who smoke or just want to hang outside. We have a fire going normally every party. When it gets warmer we have a above ground pool 22 ft across - 5 ft deep for everyone to enjoy

This is a BYOB party, but we do supply mixers and food.

Ok like normal parties no means no. Always talk with the male then if ok then talk to the woman. If you guys hit it off the you guys can go to the private room.
