Kick off the night with a cocktail in hand at the hotel bar. Mingle, chat, and let the flirtation begin.
New Couples Seminar
For all you new couples and members to go over rules along with tips on the lifestyle to make sure you are successful your first time out.
The DJs On!
The beats drop and the rhythm takes over—our DJ will keep the party alive and kicking until midnight. Get your body moving and show off those dance moves.

The Lingerie After Party
The real fun begins when the clock strikes midnight. Join us for our signature Lingerie Floor Party with a DJ, stripper pole, and a variety of themed rooms to explore. Things are about to get seriously steamy. There will be pizza and non-alcholic drinks available. BYOB
Dress code: White-hot, sexy, and sultry summer dresses. It’s summer, it’s flirty, and we’re making this night unforgettable.
We cant wait to see you there... and dont forget to bring your A-game.

3:00 pm - Early hotel check-in if available
7:00 pm till 9:00 pm Meet and Greet in the Main Cash Bar
7:00 pm till 8:30 pm Early Registration Outside Lobby near the Main Bar.
7:30 pm New couples Seminar Please be on time!!! ( Place to be determined check with registration see note above)
9:00 pm till 10:30 pm, Registration outside the Ballroom (No admittance after 10:30 pm Whatsoever)
9:00 pm Till 10:30 Free Portrait of you for you at the photo booth.
9:00 pm till Midnight Ballroom Dance w/ Cash Bar
12:15 pm till ??? Lingerie Blacklight Party 4th Floor BYOB, Pizza, and non-alcoholic drinks provided.

Leather and Lace
We have a great time at the Leather and Lace party! Fantastic people as usual and a lot of fun game rooms. Wasn't as heavily attended as parties in the past, but that didn't keep us from meeting new couples and having a sexy time!
new year or bust
This party was the first time we had attended a gathering with this particular group. There were a lot of sexy members signed up to attend. It was a very diverse crowd of all shapes sizes and skin tones. We were told it was the first time at this venue so we gave some grace knowing that there would be some first time kinks that would need to be ironed out. The beginning of the night started with a 45 minute wait in line to have our picture taken (by the host) and then entrance to the "Ball room" where it was so loud even as far away as you could get you still couldn't talk to anyone. At the stroke of midnight everyone went to their rooms to get in to something a little less PG and head up to the 4th floor where the party was supposed to be. We were to say the least disappointed in the last out. There were roughly 150 people on the floor in about 5 seperate rooms, 1 being a suites. In most of the normal sized hotel rooms they had themes which was different as they were all playing corny games like Plinko and Marry, fuck, kill and yes skeeball. It wasn't exciting or sexual charged like many of the other venues we have been to. A lot of gawking, and more very loud music. We saw everything in 20 minutes, unimpressed we just went to our room and made our own party. The couple we were meeting there had the same experience, came in didn't find us and left.
VA Friends Annual New Years Party
New years eve party in Richmond VA. Hotel takeover. Fantastic time. Huge crowd. Great dancing. Excellent hotel staff and event staff. Black tie affair for the lifestyle - was really well done. Thanks Randy and all who made the evening possible. And the RVA in Contact group (thanks Blurredlines23113) for the night-before get-together.
