We offer both contactless self-check-in and discreet in-person welcomes, whichever you prefer. Q: What are the house rules? - In short: anything goes, within reason. Guests receive a private digital house book with etiquette, how-tos, and respectful-use guidelines. Q: Is smoking or vaping allowed? What about ‘other stuff’? - Vaping is allowed indoors. Smoking allowed outdoors only in designated areas (ashtrays provided.) Cannabis is legal in Oregon, and we have many high-quality dispensaries nearby, including some that deliver. Q: Are there kinky games, sexy books, or media? - Yes, we provide a wide array of curated card games, sensual story prompts, kink-friendly erotica, and ambient adult media to set the tone. Q: Is the bedroom separate from the play area? - Yes. The queen bedroom has French doors, robes, a closet, and a cozy bed. Dietary preferences can be accommodated with advance notice ($). Q: What’s stocked in the fridge? - We always provide bottled water, light snacks, and a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne. Let us know your preference when booking. Q: Can I see reviews or guest feedback? - Of course. To maintain privacy, we’ve created a private guest feedback page with select quotes and anonymous testimonials. Ask us and we’ll share the link. Q: Can I visit before I book? - Sure, although we typically don’t offer in-person tours for privacy reasons, but we’re happy to send extra photos or a private video walkthrough upon request. Q: Can I bring another couple or guest? - Yes. The space can easily accommodate up to 4-6 people comfortably. The bedroom has a deliciously comfortable queen bed, and we have two additional queen mattresses that can be placed in different areas to accommodate a variety of layouts and play spaces. Additional guests are welcome by request, with prior approval. Please confirm group plans ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly. Q: Can we book this for an event or content shoot? - Absolutely. We host creator rentals, kink-curious workshops, and private mini-retreats. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll quote accordingly. Q: What’s your cancellation policy? Full refund with 7+ days’ notice. With 48+ hours notice, we offer a partial refund plus credit toward a future booking. Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable.
