Bij erotische/pornografische fotografie speelt discretie een zeer belangrijke rol. Daarom stappen SDC-leden niet zo snel naar een fotograaf en maakt men met een telefoon zelf fotos om ze op die manier in eigen beheer te houden.
De gemiddelde profielfotos op datingsites zien er onaantrekkelijk uit, zijn niet sensueel en zinneprikkelend en laten over het algemeen slechts geslachtsdelen zien, terwijl er zoveel meer is...Daarom is het idee ontstaan een erotische fotoclub/groep op SDC te starten. Een groep gelijk gestemde amateur fotografen die erotische fotografie d.m.v workshops op een hoger niveau willen brengen.
Het is de bedoeling om een paar keer per jaar op een mooie locatie locatie een shoot doen. Eventuele extra kosten zoals voor huur van de locatie, hotel, vakantiehuisje, diner en drinks dienen door de groepsdeelnemers te worden gedeeld.
