Kinktopia: Heather and Rob help you scratch the kink/bdsm itch you never knew you had (or did know but just needed someone to show you how). Friday night begins at 7 with a class on any 1 of the various topics within this genre of the lifestyle.
Dance & DJ: The DJ starts the show at 8pm Friday/7pm Saturday. Dance, enjoy the unique pool layout, relax in the clothing optional hot tub, or mingle as you please throughout the hotel.
Hospitality Suites: We have a total of THREE hospitality suites for your pleasure.....
Couples and Single Females: This is a back to back room with a Sybian in one room and a swing in the other. Single males can join IF they were invited by a couple or single male.
Kinktopia: Heather and Rob bring an unprecedented level of energy and their passion lies in teaching and opening minds. They will focus on exciting classes in the Atrium and open the Kinktopia Wonderland that’s sure to be full of stimulating activities and product!
Mens Only Room! After a successful first month this will return as we continue to provide what YOU want!
Daytime Activities: We have turned our parties into weekend destinations, not "just" 2-Day Takeovers. After youve enjoyed eating our favorite chefs bacon and eggs, stick around the Atrium for more comradery and friendship building. Billys Bloodies & Mimosas will be in hand to begin the lubrication process! 1pm we kick off with a Pool Volleyball Tournament and Games that have turned into a huge feature as our amazing vendors provide THOUSANDS in prizes!! At 5pm indulge in our Pot Luck and the DJ starts getting the blood flowing at 7pm.

Members WITHOUT a room will need to leave the property before 2am! Please note that the hotel may tow cars that don’t have a permit after 2am so its critical that staying members take the time to get their permits in their cars.

Rooms will need to be paid up front! We allow up to 2 days to make payment, after that your room is no longer secure. We have a cancellation policy of Wednesday 11/08 by 3pm.

Check-in is 3pm/Checkout is 10am Saturday and 11am Sunday.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK OUT WILL BE $35.
EARLY ENTRY ON SATURDAY FOR THE PARTY WITHOUT A ROOM (TO ENJOY THE DAYTIME ACTIVITIES) WILL BE $10.12pm is the earliest and if you got a room for Saturday night only theres no guarantee your room will be ready then, but you can still enjoy the party.
Rooms with more than 2 people staying will need to pay an additional $10 per person (max of 4 people to a room) per night.
