Heather Hembree
I bring nearly 20 years of lived experience practicing ENM, formal training in couples and sex therapy, and years of specialized clinical work with ENM, polyamorous, and swinging clients. Here, I’ll explore the real-life relationship skills that make consensual non-monogamy work: communication, consent, jealousy, desire, boundaries, agreements, trust, navigating play, repairing missteps, and staying connected while making room for adventure. My goal is practical, ENM-affirming education that helps you create more connection, more intentionality, more fun, and hopefully a little less drama. One important boundary: I’m here as an educator and community resource, not as your therapist.
