With the lack of on-premise venues to explore, SW Florida House parties was formed to give sexy couples a change of pace and relax in a comfortable setting at a private residence. These events under SWFLHP are COUPLES ONLY events. The gatherings are small, and usually consist of 10-15 couples who are matched according to their profiles and common interests. This ensures a high energy, yet low key swinging atmosphere. With locations in Charlotte County and expanding, we conduct parties and get togethers at private homes where safety, discretion, and fun are the main targets. If you would like to host, let us know! What can you expect? A sensual venue with many rooms, video DJ, great food, BYOB, skinnydipping (depends on location), and hot attitudes. There is NEVER a pressure at our parties, and the party atmosphere is "ANYTHING GOES" and NO means NO. Each event has a guest list, and is definitely not COME ONE COME ALL...but rather a carefully chosen mix of people which can change at each party. So it is never dull and boring, but rather a new exciting adventure each month. Some weekend events are BOTH DAYTIME and NIGHTTIME where we also do meetings at local bars and also naked boating and lifestyle trips! So whatever your schedule, we have an event for you! Join us for our new series of Sunday Brunch Fu** Parties held on Sunday from 11 AM until whenever all run out of energy! The perfect way to close out a weekend and get home in time to rest up for work!
