The truck drivers of the twentieth century were compared to the cowboys of the nineteenth century. They were hard working, nomadic, solitary, and self reliant. Here in the beginning of the twenty first century, many of those parallels still exist. Much of the solitude has disappeared as drivers are accompanied by husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, or others. Government and industry pressure has eroded the independence of the driver, but it hasnt died yet. Technology has made life on the road easier. For example, this community is moderated from the sleeper of a Freightliner in some truck stop somewhere. For years now, Many husband/wife teams and solo drivers, both men and women, have been involved in swinging. These drivers combine two lifestyles that merge well with each other. This community is for those in the industry and those interested in the industry. The main focus in intended to be straight male and straight or bi female, but we will not judge those who fall outside those parameters. Join with us and discuss the issues involved with these two grand lifestyles. Proudly show others here that you are a trucker or that you are interested in truckers. Although the geographical area is listed as North America, it may be interesting and informative to have participation of drivers from other parts of the world.
