At 21:00 dinner begins.

For the first time the Caveau changes formula: one does not stand, one does not serve oneself, one does not cross the room. The dinner is gourmet, and it is served at the place.

A single imperial table holds all the guests together, a line of crystal and candlelight long enough for those who know each other to meet those who choose each other tonight.

It is another idea of gathering. Closer, more social, slower.
One sits facing one another, and conversation passes from candle to candle, from course to course, without anyone leaving their place to seek another.

This is the centre of OPUS. A dinner that has never been done this way, in this house.
Everything else in the night is born from there.

Between one course and the next, a sensual ritual art.
Not a performance that interrupts dinner: a rite that accompanies it, and warms it.
At every interval the room rises a tone. The gaze grows longer, the distance between places thinner, desire more precise.

It is entertainment, and it is preparation: the night ignites little by little, without haste, until it is ready for what comes after.
Elegant for those who already know this world.
Legible, and never vulgar, for those who meet it for the first time.
The private remains private. At the centre remains the opera.

At 23:55 the rite of the opening of the Caveau door is performed.
It is not the beginning of another party: it is the gesture that prepares the countdown.

The room turns toward midnight, the glasses are raised, and at the stroke of the year the toast closes the last sun.

From that instant the libertine world opens, with the elegance that distinguishes the Caveau. And it is at that precise moment, as part of the rite, that the women are invited to change into lingerie: not to undress the evening, but to ignite it.

The dress remains the memory of dinner.
The lingerie is the passage. The night, from there, has another skin.

Access is double, and they are not the same thing.
The first is the one that lets one live the rite in full: dinner seated, the socialising, the imperial table, the night that ignites little by little.

Places are limited, and once assigned they cannot be recovered.

The second access opens at 00:15, without dinner. It is entry to the night already alive, for those who want only the after midnight. It does not replace the place at table, and it does not promise it.

Limited numbers, because exclusivity is not an adjective: it is a privilege.

The booking is made on the members’ portal, and that is the confirmation, not a request awaiting reply.
Cancellations may be received no later than 15 December.

For Under 40 couples of the Caveau Young Elite, OPUS has a nearer door.
Concessions on the cost of entry from 20:00, with aperitivo and dinner served at the imperial table. Concessions also on the 00:15 entry, party only.

The same night, the same rite, an invitation conceived for those who are younger and wish to be there.

For those who know the Caveau, it is the night the year was missing.
For those who have never tried, it may be the right one: the first, and the only one worth living, and not hearing from the telling.

Ultimi solis. Then the door closes, and only those who were there remain.
