Mistletoe Mayhem

Always a good time at this place.

We had a great time and met some amazing couples! The hosts are very welcoming and their home is a great place to host events. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area.

We had a blast as usual. Great people and so much fun

We have attended a few other events in the last few months and by far Saturday nights Valentine party we agreed was a lot more comfortable than others. We might have stood out because we are fresh to the season, but others made us feel welcomed and apart of the group conversation. Another perk was the music was nice in the background but not so load you had to yell to each other in a conversation. We are looking forward to attending some of the summer time parties in the pool.

Thanks for everyone who played our fun game at the party last night. We had a great time. The hosts know how to set the scene and the fun people that come to the party let the good times roll.

Incredible hosts, awesome crowd, will attend again

Had a great time at Midnight Mayhem party. Caught up with some old friends and tried some new experiences. It was a very good time.

This was our first house party and we had an amazing time. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. It was a nice, small group, so we were able to talk to multiple couples. We will be back.

Wonderful time great host, wonderful people. Fun time definitely will return.

We have attended a few parties now. Some where there is a big crowd and others that are smaller. Always a welcoming and friendly group of people. J and S always work hard to create a nice fun environment. We are already looking forward to the next one.

Always have a great time at PHP. Hosts are always welcoming and the atmosphere always produces fun sexy crowd. Can't say enough about PHP. Thank you J and S for putting these together.

This party was awesome…. Had a great time enjoyed the people it was a little cool (you know those August cold fronts..hahaha) but everyone seemed to have a great time! We will be back at the next one! Hope to see you there as well!

As always PHP brings it…. Awesome place, great pool, fun and kinky people… We will definitely be back again

Clean house, awesome host, great group of people! Definitely will be back.

Always have a blast every time we come. Looking forward to coming back again.

This was my 3rd PHP I have had a great time at all of them. The host are extremely well organized and make sure that anyone new gets a tour and basic information that you need to feel comfortable. Each party the crowd and the vibe has been a little different which is a good thing.

Clean house wonderful host…. Very welcoming and open definitely a safe place to play and relax.

The red white & screw party was awesome!

First time there and had an amazing time!

As always the PHP parries are off the rails… It was so packed it was fun. The house and property is so beautiful and large that you didn’t feel like there were over 150 people there…Great Host, nice house, just one hell of a time.

Their party home was well laid out. Rules were explained upon entering. Large pool, dance floor, and several bedrooms for private play. There was also a large room with several beds. I loved how bins were provided for clothes and misc. The guests were all pretty chill and approachable. Bring chairs if you want to sit out by the pool. Great party! I don't remember seeing anything related to SDC, but we weren't looking for it either...

Always a great party!

PHP throws a great party… nice house, great host, fantastic guest. When you put that together you will end up with a fabulous time. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting to all and everyone feels like they belong there!

This as all the parties we have been to here are amazing and fun. This party was off the chain awesome. The house is amazing the people are great.

Best house party! Nice house, nice pool, everyone was friendly, private location to roam naked freely, and there was a lot of naked overall it was very well organized and put together by the hosts!

Absolutely the best house party hosts. 5 play rooms, huge backyard with plenty of patio seating. The pool was packed with sexy bodies. All around no pressure good time with well over 100 friendly like minded friends Tabitha & James aka Misbehaven

The party was nice. They were prepared to host so many people.

Always a great vibe and great people, always meeting new people.

It was our first time to attend an event hosted by Paradise House Parties. Everyone was nice. Smaller crowd. House was laid out well. Could have used a little more "energy" in the all around vibe.

Great party. This rapidly becoming an epic venue.

Our first time at this party house. It was a great time. Met new people and saw some friends we already knew. The house is beautiful and clean. The playrooms are set up perfectly. Really nice set up for food and drinks. The pool is gorgeous but a little chilly tonight so didn't see anyone in it yet. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and sexy, sexy, sexy! Can't wait to go back again! Maria and Stephen

This party is always great and now that the warmer weather has moved around the patio and pool are the place to spend a Saturday evening for sure. The people are amazing and the whole atmosphere is charged with good vibes.

Although remote this place is a blast. We are always excited to attend their gatherings.
