Suspicious
Was really excited about the event until the day of. I had to ask for directions to the event because no information had been sent out yet and I had purchased tickets far in advance. About an hour before the event start time we received an email apologizing for canceling the event due to a family emergency. They offered a refund or credit fir future events. I am very disappointed with the promoter and also suspicious of fraud. I will not attend any events by this promoter in the furure.

Canceling an event at the last minute is already frustrating, but blocking customers instead of addressing refund requests makes the situation even more concerning. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing tickets from this organizer carefully research them first and make sure you understand their refund policy. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another ticket from this organizer unless the situation is properly resolved. I hope the organizer provides the refund that is owed and explains why customers were blocked instead of receiving proper customer service.
