Beautiful property, beautiful hosts!
Lipstick Palms is an extraordinary property with attentive, friendly, and sexy hosts to match. Patrick and Annie were attentive and responsive from the moment we made our reservation right up to the moment we left, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome our entire stay. Their two pups are complete gentlemen and keen on a bit of attention if you are willing, and the chatter of the howler monkeys in the morning is magical. Don't miss the on-site waterfall, which provides a beautiful photo opportunity. We have traveled around the world and stayed in many homes, and this is among our favorite experiences. We have every intention of returning for even more! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Breathtaking!
Words cannot express the beauty of this property and our stay with Annie and Patrick. These two amazing people are not only incredible sexy hosts who provide an amazing experience but also beautiful souls who make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Beyond Words
The time we spent at Lipstick Palms was fun, sexy, and breath taking. We felt immediately at home and relaxed. I took advantaged of the clothing optional atmosphere, enjoying the sun and pool with the beautiful views of Costa Rica jungles and the Pacific Ocean. Slept with the walls open and woke up feeling relaxed with breath taking views. The accommodations are beautiful and so are the host and hostess. The owners are around to provide a memorable experience, but also give you your privacy at the right times. You will feel pampered if you like 5 star accommodations. But you also have your privacy as if you are on a private island. I woke up feeling sexy and beautiful. Pat and Annie have hit the mark and provided a true experience of luxury and erotic sensation. Our time spent here was beautiful, relaxing, erotic and peaceful.

Amazing destination
This is one of the most beautiful properties we've ever seen. Gorgeous house, breathtaking views and wildlife, and you're in the middle of the Costa Rican forest which is a paradise on Earth. And the hosts are phenomenal, also gorgeous, and some of the best human beings you could hope to meet. We'd give it 6 stars.

Paradise
Everything was absolutely perfect.... our week went by way too fast. Costa Rica is a beautiful place, and this area of Costa Rica is our favorite. We couldn't believe how incredible the home was, and the hosts were very accommodating with restaurant and excursion recommendations. We had the pleasure of a few wonderful dinners with them, and they are so easy going that you immediately feel like lifelong friends. We loved the clothing optional and lifestyle friendly aspect as well.... we felt like Adam and Eve in the garden, but we got to stay in the most incredible luxury home with views that you will not believe. It truly is paradise.

The best SW beach-like hotel in CR
Beach-like, as it is not directly at the beach, although it will take you less than 20 minutes to go to the beach if you want to. Anyway, the weather, the pool and the environment is very beach-like. The host attention to details is extraordinary. Ask for the special grilled octopus, to die for!!

Must Visit in Costa Rica
This property is absolutely beautiful with the most incredible views and detail on the inside and out. You can see Whales, Monkeys, Tucans and many amazing creatures right from the pool deck. The hosts are top notch and incredibly welcoming. We reccomend and will be back soon!
