There are different ways to evaluate an experience like this past weekends TampArotic Tropic to Erotic event. You could critique the venue itself, the hotel and security staff, the performers and presenters, or the organization and attention to detail right down to the 3d printed awards...much of which was self-evident to those in attendance...and all of which was extrodinary! Another metric might be how, for 36 hours or so, they were able to take you far away from your everyday trials and tribulations even though many guests were just a short drive from home. That's a pretty neat trick to pull off! Thank you so much to the entire Krewe! See you next time! Jim

From the detailed decorations to all the fun games and contests to their hospitable atmosphere these guys made everyone feel welcome while busting their ass doing so. It was a pressure free environment while still sexy and sultry. If you missed this one make sure you sign up early for the next one!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better first hotel takeover experience. The entire Tamparotic crew showed us how it should be done. It will be hard to top. Got to meet some new friends, caught up with some old friends, and finally met folks we’ve been chatting with a for a while. Felt too short! You know it was a great when it’s over before you want it to be over.

This was my first TampArotic event, was a great location and lots of people to mingle with. Loved the themed decorations, light up volcano was super cool. Sad I wasn’t there Saturday for the sexy silhouette contest! Thanks for hosting ☺️

They put the TampA in Erotic!! We loved our time with this crew and the party was divine. Super sexy crowd, ideal venue with space for everyone, perfect ambiance, completely well organized with everything from games and contests to Midnight Munchies, well curated vibes and our favorite DJ CHESKA! Can't wait for more events and happy to call the team here friends. Huge fans of TampArotic!

This was our 3rd hotel takeover with this company. No detail was left out: top notch security, games, vendors, swag and music. The hosts/owners kept the party going and there was something for everyone. If you had a question or needed anything, they did their best to accommodate. If you get a chance to go...do it. This was hands-down one of our best experiences.

HeatWave really know how to do these events, we are newbies without experience and yet felt so comfortable at this event. Everyone was so friendly and respectful. They really attract a nice great looking crowd. Highly recommend attending their events regardless of what you are into or level of experience. They were very well organized. They also provided security at the event , did not feel it was due to concerns for their guests but rather reassuring that outsiders were not infiltrating. Music was spot on. If you are on the fence about attending do not hesitate, try it and you will only regret not doing to previous events.

When you attend a heatwave party, be prepared for the sexiest attendees out there. From the themed playrooms with all the best props and accessories, to the hottest hosts behind it all and all their sexy helpers, you will absolutely be glad you came! 😜

I don’t even have the words to describe how much fun I had at the Tiki Take Over! The venue was amazing….sooooooo many playrooms! The guest list was the hottest I’ve seen with not only gorgeous people but genuinely cool couples as well! And the hosts are just the most gracious! If you haven’t been to a Heatwave event, you don’t know what you’re missing!!!

We are so glad that the weather held out and made this event just about perfect. We had an amazing time and met so many extremely friendly new people. We also got to see a bunch of people that we hadn't seen in quite awhile. The music was definitely on point and had us dancing all day and well into both evening's. We would highly recommend attending your events y'all definitely set the perfect vibe. We are definitely looking forward to yall's next event.

First lifestyle, hotel takeover for us.D2P did an amazing job with us all weekend event. Everything was scheduled out well and communicated from leading up to it to during. There was even text messages with communication from the hotel and the promoters.Great work guys! Looking forward to next time

The venue was good. The atmosphere was ok. The music was just rough. During the day, by the pool, the music was way too loud. I would say read the room. If no one is dancing then either change the music or lower the volume. I think during the day it’s more of a meet and greet vibe, so a lower level on the volume would be more appropriate, unless however, if the DJ is vibing the crowd into dancing. Then, by all means keep the volume up. The dance ‘room’ was a good setup I felt, but again, the music on both nights were just difficult to dance too. The mixes were just so off beat day 1 that we had to just stop. Day 2 was a little better, but still just not enough for a great dance vibe. We spoke with several friends and many new friends who felt the same way, especially given that the DJ list was the main focus on the event posters/advertisement. Super good job on the vendor though. The IV infusion is a great idea and would definitely do that anytime for a 2 day event. -Dan
