We attended Lauren's Conscious Couple's Retreat and it was absolutely incredible. It was our first time at a retreat like this and we didn't know what to expect -- but we would 100 go back again. The atmosphere she created, the couples she curated for the group, the activities, the connections...all were so beautiful and intentional. She did an incredible job!

My wife and I attended the November 2025 retreat and absolutely loved every minute of it! Lauren did an excellent job of bringing together wonderful, classy couples and facilitators, and an equally great job of curating the activities for the weekend. We highly recommend Lauren, and we are planning to attend another retreat of hers again in the future!

We attended the Conscious Couples Weekend Retreat and had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect... venue, food, facilitators, exercises, and it all added up to some great energy and memorable experiences (plus the other workshop participants were hot AF). This is a retreat we absolutely intend to repeat. Lauren really knocked the ball out of the park.
