O Palazzo dispõem de várias áreas com especificidades muito delineadas: Piso 0, conta com uma discoteca/bar onde os sócios podem socializar ao som de música ambiente com animação de dj ao vivo e com animações temáticas dependendo do tema da festa ou da noite. No piso 1 é uma zona de acesso restrito, com acesso aos quartos e zonas de convívio. No piso 2, trata-se do quarto Diamond e é reservado por antecipação para grupos. O Palazzo tem serviço de Limousine/ motorista privado para os sócios. Em todos os espaços interiores, zonas exteriores e jardins, não é possível tirar fotografias nem filmar. Uma das marcas deste espaço é a discrição, sigilo e privacidade. Adesão: Para aderir ao clube Palazzo é necessário o preenchimento de um formulário, após o preenchimento entraremos em contacto da forma selecionada para validar a adesão. Após validação de membro exclusivo, recebe as pulseiras com o seu código e que permitem acesso às festas e ao Palazzo. Este pulseira é pessoal e intransmissível, não é obrigatório o uso nos acessos mas é necessário a memorização do código associado. Todas as informações das Festas e do Palácio Palazzo só estão disponíveis na plataforma Palazzo. This bracelet is personal and non-transferable, it is not mandatory to use but it is necessary to memorize the associated code.
