1 room available at the party venue for $150 PER NIGHT (Friday & Saturday) ($300 for the weekend checkout Sunday at 8:00 am.) cannot place deposit or hold room package, first come first serve, please contact Host for details. Two person occupancy MAX., includes all entry fees, VIP wristband, pool & jacuzzi access for 2-hours scheduled with Jada (Host) and premium free drinks. *No alcohol is sold at the party.

This party is strictly a DOWN TO PLAY (DTP) party for those who desired hot, sexy, steamy unlimited pleasure.
This is a no frills party-no DJ (music provided), no vendors, no theme rooms, the party it is in a private gated community in a very nice venue.
This party would NOT be best suited for those individuals who are curious about the lifestyle, couples who are soft swap or voyeurs only.
