We’ve been going to this particular party for years and it never fails to disappoint. It was a hot crowd, the DJs were killer, and it was two days of just amazing times with amazing people. Open Instincts has this down to a science at this point and their end product is really exemplary. And I’m super excited for their 2026 lineup!

This was our first experience at an Open Instincts event and a first time hotel takeover. We had an absolute blast. Tons of sexy people and met an amazingly hot couple. We’ve attended events with other groups and none of them compared to this. We’ll definitely stay OI members and be at future events.

As always, my husband and I had a wonderful time. We met old friends and made new ones. As many times before, I got to enjoy eating out a woman who had never been with a woman before. (Having the nickname of "Kitty Whisperer" has opened me up to enjoying many juicy pussies.) I LOVE being able to bring a woman to ecstacy with only my tongue, especially when it's her first time. I can't wait to see everyone again and have more fun.

We were a last minute decision to go, but we are glad that we did. Open Instincts did a fantastic job of making this event, even though it was smaller than their usual ones, a blast! The mood was sexy and the vibe was amazing. If you haven't done an hotel takeover with Open Instincts yet, you are missing out!! See everyone at NYE!!

Open Instincts knocked this one out of the park! This was their very first one-day event, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone any better. They kept the crowd limited by selling only a set number of rooms and general admission tickets, which gave the whole night a more intimate and personal feel. Even though it wasn’t one of their full hotel takeovers, you would never have known it, the energy, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all top-notch. Security was in all the right places, which made everyone feel safe and comfortable without being intrusive. And once the party got started, it didn’t stop until the early morning hours. A huge thank you to Open Instincts for proving once again that they know how to throw an unforgettable party. Whether it’s a full weekend hotel takeover or a one-night event, OI delivers every time!

The Open Instincts Wild Summer Party was an absolute blast from start to finish! Every moment of the weekend was filled with fun, freedom, and unforgettable energy. Friday night’s dance party set the tone with great music, an electric atmosphere, and nonstop good vibes. Saturday by the pool was everything you’d want from a summer bash, sun, drinks, laughter, and a community that knows how to have a good time. Then came the legendary third floor crawl, which was a perfect mix of playful and wild. From Red Cooler karaoke (a total crowd favorite!) to the dungeon setup and curated activities, it was a night packed with surprises and excitement around every corner. And let us not forget the Open Instincts staff, they were incredible! Friendly, professional, and always present without being intrusive. A huge shoutout to the third floor ambassadors as well, they were the real MVPs of the Floor Crawl. Each room had its own unique vibe, and the ambassadors did an amazing job creating welcoming, fun, and sexy spaces where everyone could feel comfortable exploring and connecting. Their energy and creativity brought the whole floor to life. The entire event was seamless, exciting, and filled with genuine connections. If you’ve never been to an Open Instincts party, make it a priority, because once you do, you’ll never want to miss another one!

The good was that it was very well organized and it was clear the organizers cared about their guests. Having actual hot food to snack on is a welcome change from other parties we attend. The not so good was how disappointed we were that there were so few people in attendance. Not sure of the numbers but it felt like the ere were maybe 100 people when over 500 signed up on SDC. Very few came in theme. I’m not sure the dance floor ever had more than 20 people on it. EDM is fine for a little while, but 3 hours of 130+ house beats isn’t the sexist thing in the world. The. When the 2nd DJ came on, his first 2 songs were unknown edm songs and the dance floor room cleared out fast. Even though we were on the dance floor the entire night. We had to bail at that point. We wandered around looking for everyone and although the playroom set up was nice, there were only a few people in it (probably didn’t help that the fast music was bleeding in). A few were sitting outside, so we went up to the party floors and other than a handful of people, it didn’t feel like a party. Not sure how they said it was almost sold out for weeks (we booked last minute and got a room) but it doesn’t seem like it considering we’ve been to many takeovers in smaller hotels with triple the guests. Add to that it was relatively expensive. We didn’t attend Friday but talked to many people who said Friday was a bust and there was nothing happening. Why make people pay for 2 nights? It’s doubtful we’ll be back.

We are so happy this group! we found them you all with Sdc. We went last summer to their pool party and they hook lined and synced us! ??They are just so organized and so much fun they have you wanting to come back for more. Bobby is a true genius the way he sets up the pool for that summer party and the way Puts it all th together ????thank you SDC and you open Instincts

We had a pleasant time mingling and meeting couples. Thanks to the promoters and hosts for being available and present during this event.

Well organized nice crowd...facility worn out.. 3 Elevators are shut down Having women walking up/down 3flights of stairs in high heels is crazy..Ballroom so hot crowd left by 12:20 to take showers too hot to party Won't go back to another one

We have been to about 6 different hotel take over parties. This one was so well organized meet and greets, catered well, mimosas in the morning, champagne at ball drop all included. The DJ’s were well know professionals in the scene that slayed at providing the right balance to get everyone out dancing. Great ballroom area, decor and lighting. The playrooms opened at ball drop so everyone headed over at the same time moving the party to the sexy fun space. There were attendants changing sheets after each “play session”. Over all we encourage anyone who has not been to an Open Instincts even to go. You will enjoy yourself. Party does have a tendency to start later in the evening 9-10 where there are meet and greets that start earlier on. If you enjoy the more intimate quiet social scene you will get that during the day and early evening. After 10 it will be a packed party into the late night!! Thank you OI team and Bobby for such an amazing event!!

DJ was amazing and everything is so well run it makes for an enjoyable time. Tons of sexy people enjoying the night.

The guests and staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and we had a great time. The hotel had some difficulties though. The manager shutting down the elevators during the events (especially during the formal party when women are in tall heels) was unacceptable. He's lucky someone didn't fall on the stairs while drinking. The food choices were also disappointing. Having only fried foods as options meant I couldn't eat anything provided and ended up going hungry because the restaurants were closed. Having something grilled or even fruits and vegetables was expected, but not provided. The food was also hours late on new years eve. Assuming some hotel staff decided they just weren't coming into work and they had to throw something together. We will come back, and hopefully the hotel and food improves, but I will be bringing plenty of healthy options to snack on.

Had a great time!! We have been to other OI events but our first Halloween party. Fun seeing all the costumes!!

The dance room was a lot of fun. Great space and seemed like enough room to dance. Could have potentially expanded the dance floor a little more and moved the VIP seating areas further back. Dungeon/Playroom was a disappointment. Heard it used to be a lot better and was not impressed. We are hoping to come back next year to see the following in the room: Glory Hole Station Bandage Area Sex Swing And so on..we booked our tickets based on prior reviews for the Playroom which used to have more from what I read.

It was our first time at any hotel takeovers and we had a wonderful time! The main reason why we chose OI party was that they did not allow single males to attend and their party was couples only. We felt safe and everyone there was super nice and welcoming. We danced a lot, met some wonderful people and engaged in many fun and interesting conversations. Thank you Open Instincts for making our first hotel takeover experience so fun and we will be back!

Overall, we had a great time but was disappointed in this party compared to others we have attended. The party on Saturday was great. It would have been nice to have something a little more to keep people interactive on Friday night. We booked the VIP party floor with a reserved table and ended up with a small room compared to others on the floor. I felt the involvement on the party floors was also lacking. There really wasn't anything happening on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor was decorated well but once again not many open rooms or people participating in shots (we did have shots and goodies at our room). I am not inticed to pay the extra money for the party floor for future parties. Many people commented on the need to have the couches and chairs in the lobby on Saturday as many did not want to just stand. This led many to go back to their rooms. The play rooms were very underwhelming. There was more space to play and other activities like the swing at the New Years party. It would have been nice to have it available on Friday night as well. Once again, overall, it was fun and we met a lot of new people but we were disappointed in this one. We will be back and have already booked for new years. Fingers crossed for a little more activity and room to play.

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. Wish there was more travel to the other areas of the hotel many people in other wings decorated. We got free swag from the website there as well. We will be back! Play room needs some work was very lackluster. Maybe some swings or chairs or a cross?

This was an awesome event. Very professional and organized. The atmosphere and accommodations were great. We look forward to attending more parties in the future.

New group we joined and it was fun. Great dj and quite the social gathering of lots of fun people. We enjoyed the brunch and the way they were on top of things in the play room-red room. Changing sheets and cleaning was very important and done immediately. Had lots of laughs and made a few friends. Really a great function

This was are first pool party and it was a big disappointment. The pool was very dirty and not welcoming. We also had a problem with the elevator being turned off on departure day. My husband and I are both disabled and having to carry all of our bags down stairs was not very easy on us. Because of these two problems we will not be attending anymore hotel take overs. Just for information we where not the only guests with disabilities that had a hard time getting luggage downstairs. This is not okay. There should have been help or the elevator should have been turned back on.

I know alot of hard work goes into these events. So I truly appreciate the hard work of the staff who makes it happen. With that being said, I feel like the last few takeovers there in Roswell have gone down hill a little more each time. The venue is getting run down, the participation on the party floor is lacking involvement that used to be there and the over all vibe just doesn't seem to be what it used to be.

There is a definate need for more tables in the main dance area. Selling tables are fine, but their should be some available on a first come fist serve basis as well. Also, the music need to be more diverse. Not everyone is into just EDM music which played most of the evening.

My wife and I had a very good time at the hotel takeover. It was our first time at an Open Instincts event. Our only criticism is the play room in the Best Western only contained 1 St. Andrews cross. This created a wait for use that was unacceptable to us. I would highly recommend getting another cross, spanking bench or spiders web for the playroom for next event.

It wasn't a bad event, but it wasn't great either. Seemed like there wasn't nearly as many theme rooms or party rooms as other events there before.

Such a well-organized event. Security was polite and effective, parking was ample, and the organizers were on point with info or answers. The BYOB pass was great, as it allowed refills on the fly, and a way to spend time dancing and talking and not standing in line overheating. Lots of people like the social aspect of swinging, whereas we like the energy and excitement--we had SO much fun walking around in costume with others, dancing while wearing next to nothing, and partying in the overflow playroom. It was a blast. And hats off to OPP for turning an entire floor of the main hotel into a sensual and fun Halloween experience!

Great people, amazing staff and lots of fun! Don’t miss the next event, we’ve already reserved our room!

If you haven't been to one of these parties then you are definitely missing out. Open Instincts puts on 4 of these a year and they are such a blast. So many people to meet and have some fun sexy time for the weekend. These are getting bigger and better each party, so much time and effort goes into them. The host do a fabulous job of making everyone feel welcome and have a great time. If you are on the fence about attending don't be, it is a safe and fun environment.

Awesome event - sexy people everywhere. Security on-site to allow it to be a true club like atmosphere. Quick check-in and great organization all around. These are great takeovers for the seasoned swinger or the newbie!!

We had a great time this past weekend. Everything went very smoothly and was beautiful. Only 1 thing missing, the pizza on Friday night. Lol definitely was looking for that. Other than that all was awesome! Definitely booking the next party in March!

For the most part this was a good experience for us. There were some things advertised that didn't happ3n, like the pizzas around midnight. There were alot of people that didn't follow the formal requirements. So I would give it a 3.8 stars out of 5.

What a great takeover! With very few exceptions it seems like everything went off without a hitch. On top of that the play space available was awesome to spend time in.

This was our first OI takeover and they did it right! Fun atmosphere, awesome decorations, great DJ. Saw some old friends and met new ones. Everyone was social and friendly. Hotel was clean, friendly, and our room was 8/10. Only thing I would change about our room would be it needed a microwave for those late night munchies. Came with a fridge. We will be back! -Mrs

I think the promoters could do more during the weekend to keep people pumped , excited and involved. They organize the place, set up and dj, and put together an agenda of activities yet none are followed completely. The description of what was to be expected did not hold up to what actually took place. I do think there’s room for improvement. But overall it was a fun time.

We have been to several open instincts events and they are always well run. This one was the best ever. Very sexy fun crowd! Hate we will miss the one in August but will get back as soon as we can!!!

Good central location, nice privacy fence around the pool area, soda mixers were available, friendly hotel staff. Planners dropped the ball BOTH DAYS on pizza. No communication on what happened the second day.

This was our first party with Open Instincts. We were suppose to go to Candyland and then of course, COVID-19 showed up. This event was put on fabulously! We had a great time at this event! There were so many sexy people which was beyond our expectations. So glad to see friends weve made from other events there and make new friends as well. Awesome DJ...kept up dancing all night! Overall this was a great, well managed event and will definitely be back and book early in order to be in host hotel. We would like to see if possible play areas set up in the ballroom to open after midnight for those that dont want to walk the halls looking for a room to play. Thanks for he first class event!!

We had a great time at our 1st hotel takeover other than my wife not feeling well after we ate at the Olive Garden. Everyone was very nice, hotel was great. Will have to go to another one when we get the time in our hectic lives. It was a first class event,

The event was well organized. Staff awesome, bartended handled the crowd with easesexy and very friendly crowd, music was perfect. We will definitely attend another event... Only problem we had was the Olive Garden had a 45 minute wait for a online pick-up order.. Should of ordered off the Hotel Menu... Might be nice to alert surrounding restaurants of take over crowd, Not a criticism of the event just a suggestion..

We had a great time. The activities and party were well planned for the most part. The Mimosas and Bloody Marys that were to be available for our hase on Sat morning were not and the restaurant manager was kind of rude about it. On Sunday morning the hotel didnt provide and breakfast for purchase. When I asked the front desk she first said they dont do breakfast on Sundays and then said they werent providing it for this group. Then she said they didnt last year either. That was wrong because I ate it last year. Anyway, i dont think the hotel should be allowed to deny promised services.

Well run SUPERB security so we felt completely safe. Bobby the promoter will literally bend over backwards to help you with any tiny issue you may have. We love these parties.

We had so much fun! Everyone we met was ready to party and have a blast. It carried through the whole weekend. Thanks for providing a great atmosphere and venue!

The costumes were plentiful and very well done, but some sights just can’t be unseen. Not a “selective” crowd, but certainly a fun and entertaining group. The venue is comfortable, but a bit strange as it is more like two very small venues (3 floor split building Hotel joined by a first floor covered crossing). The main building was a party haven, whist the B building was as quiet as a geriatric ward. The drinks were plentiful and very budget friendly. While security was strictly maintained for entering the facilty it was not so overly intense inside the venue as we often find at hotel takeovers. The party hosts and security seemed more interested in keeping the partiers safe and outsiders out, than harassing those attending (what a bonus). The music was prolific and a great dance area, though unfortunately they stuck with EDM the whole time (yuck!). A Swing Room and Sybian Room, as well as a few party rooms, made for some welcome fun. The regular attendees we visited with say these are some of the best parties they’ve attended and we have to admit it was quite the fun, and welcoming, crowd.

We enjoyed the hotel takeover. We met a lot of nice people in the lifestyle. Nice atmosphere the only downfall for us was the DJ he didn’t play for the people (no hits) he played for himself and the fuse kept blowing the sound system out. Other than that will definitely will go again.

Awesome party and event. Great venue, great mix of people with different perspectives on the lifestyle, playful yet respectful, FUN!!! Only suggestion is to improve the music. How about a mix of pop/country, hip hop, contemporary, alt and classic rock?

Very well organized and promoted. The host were very friendly and inviting. Unfortunately, less than a quarter of the couples advertised were present. Additionally, the quality of the couples present were not to par. Not what we expected from LS party in a major city like Atlanta.

We had a really good time. Although a lot of people already knew each other, it did not seem too clique-iish or exclusive for new comers. Friendly, Flirty, Fun!

Go to this event! We only went to the main party, but regret not making better plans. If there is another one, we will definitely plan to stay the entire weekend! So so so much fun!

They threw a heck of a good party. We went until 4:00 am both nights. Awesome time

Bobbie, Jaime, and their entire team put on an exceptional event, even by the very high standards to which they hold themselves. It was a fantastic time both for the event itself and the great people who attended. We can't wait for the next one!

This was our first hotel party we've attended. This event was highly recommended as the hotel party of the year and best hotel party by others in the lifestyle so we decided to attend. I have to give props to the hosts as the communication for the event was incredible. We received at least ten different emails and texts from the hosts about the event on Friday and Saturday. The party seemed very well organized and definitely highly attended with way over 250 couples present. Unfortunately the venue was not what it was advertised to be. This was not a Lux Hotel by any means but a simple Hilton Garden Inn which is a mid-tier hotel at best. The location and area of the hotel was perfect. The Ballrooms were nothing more than business meeting rooms in the basement of the hotel with low ceilings. The music was so loud in both rooms that the majority of the attendees stayed out in the narrow hallways. There were only two bartenders for over 500 people which was extremely poor planning and took 15-20 minutes every time to purchase a drink. The advertised drink prices for the event were no where to be found when going to the bars and the drinks were way over priced and weakly poured. The after party on the various floors were okay. However, there was no one checking the elevators and stairways for guests without wristbands which was advertised as security for the event. There was someone at the basement when getting off the elevator checking wrist bands for the party, but I never saw anyone after that ensuring the floors for the after party were secure. I was very surprised that there was no SDC banners or promo material was around, but, another site was highly promoted! If this was the hotel party of the year or best hotel party, I do not see us attending another one if this is what is offered for hotel takeovers. On a scale of 1-10, I would give our experience a 3.

I've been around and have seen a lot over the yrs good and bad party's in lot's of places all over the south over the years and have help work with a lot also. But the way this party was orchestrated was professional and so happy for you guy's keep up the good work . See you next time

Another great party you and your team put together. It was our second party hosted you this crew. I just wish you threw more parties closer to us, as it is always a drive to get to your parties. But it is well worth is. Keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed taking part in this event! Bobby & Jamie were very organized and made sure the event went safely and well! Neisha and Damien were awesome in assisting as hosts. We are long time lifestyle participants and still managed to meet many new friends at this packed out event! Hopefully another one will occur soon!

The Friday night meet and greet was packed! The venue was not ideal but the staff tried to accommodate a crowd that was way too big for the venue. In the future, a larger venue would be desirable. The Saturday party had two different DJ's and dance floors and the rooms were nice and clean. Bobby is the hardest working person we have met and there was a lot of effort in ensuring the party was a success. Overall we had a great time and would attend another Open Instincts party in the future.

WE had two primary issues with the Meet & Greet. First, the Limo transportation was a seriously flawed plan. All those people, at $40/couple, sharing one limo going back and forth in busy Friday night traffic was not even remotely fun to contend with. That put us and others in a crappy mood from the start plus many took uber despite paying the $40. Y'all really missed the mark on that customer service. Regarding the venue, we can cut you some slack because everyone has different tastes, BUT for us poersonally we prefer a meet & greet that is primarily LSers versus a 50/50 mix or so. The venue was very loud, very crowded and IMHO not conducive to meeting and greeting. More like "hope you know a few people to gather in a corner with and try to talk a little before you leave" type of experience. So that was also a big disappointment for us. Over all, the Friday night experience was a HUGE thumbs down.

Many thanks and congratulations to Bobby, Jaime, and their entire team for putting on such a spectacular hotel takeover event this weekend in Atlanta. It was a party of epic proportions and a true celebration of everything positive the lifestyle the represents. May this be the first of many successes for Open Instincts!

Love the hosts, love the guests, love the staff, but, did not like the nightclub. It was too small for the number of guests in attendance. PLEASE do not pick this location again. Then to make it worse, someone walked out with my wife's coat~!

This party absolutely sucked. Party starts at the pool and patio area at 7. Not enough chairs to sit on, food sucked, so if your not swimming, what are you supposed to do from 7pm to am when the after party starts other floor and rooms? Worse hotel party we have ever been to. They were not advertising SDC, they were promoting another site! We should have requested a refund, but that was futile. We won't be going back, wasted our time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this group.

This is our 2nd SSS event, and let me say the organizers of this event are one of a kind. You actually see them all over making sure everything is how it should be. We have never witnessed any drama, always had an amazing time. I especially love the venue, so much better! We will definitely be back next month, and any other month they host a party!

Hi - the last party was much better. Some suggestions: Have more than one party room (one where non players can watch - one, players only) where the following takes place: A strip poker game that begins at a time certain. It has structure. Couples sign up for it. And people draw regular playing cards in small groups of 2 or 3 couples. Low card has to lose a piece of clothing. When it gets down to a certain time, ALL remaining clothes come off. Then index cards are drawn which forces the couples to have 1 minute of foreplay with other partners. The index cards describe increasingly kinkier acts with multiple partners favoring a revolving threesome where one person is always getting a break to watch while the other 3 are having fantasies come true for timed sessions of three minutes. The biggest problem with all hotel parties is that there aren't enough (or any) icebreaker activities that "force" or encourage "stranger couples" to introduce each other. The snacks were pretty good - fruit being our favorite. The set-up bar was good also. And the hotel was fine with good security and good parking. This hotel takeover was very well organized. Lots of hot, sexy couples! We had a great time...oooh la la! We met a lot of new, fun couples and look forward to the next one! The only thing we could say needs improving is the music...really need a new DJ, music selection kinda sucked!

This was the first time hanging out with the Southside Swingers and our first hotel party. Bobby and Jamie were great hosts and we meet tons of great people! The party started slowly, but when we all went upstairs a great time was had by everyone we met!

B&J did a fantastic job at this packed Meet & Greet. The crowd was very energetic with great music, in a private area just for our group. The area was packed with some of the South's sexiest lifestylers. B&J did a great job with keeping the crowd pumped up, making introductions between couples, and were welcoming and friendly. These two are top notch. We highly recommend any event these two are associated with!

Everything was pretty good but a bigger hotel would be nice with a real ballroom with a cash bar and tables. maybe a bit shorter meet/greet and more thought put into the lighting and music.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic event. It was well planned and executed. No major snafus. The event planners (bnjsexbandits) were always around to make sure everyone felt welcome. The group was there to have fun and did exactly that. We had a blast and met a number of new friends while catching up with ones that we already knew. We're looking forward very much to their future events. Great job!!!
