A great place to learn and live a little
Everyone at the house is amazing. The place is open and inviting and for our first three visits - we had the best time. It Was not what we expected --- it was much better. For two newbies is was exactly what we needed. Open honest communication with other couples and a safe place to experiment and explore without judgement. If you don't give the house a try - you are missing out. See you there!

Fun Location!
First, everything on The House site is very welcoming and accommodating for newbies. It is a popular location, so there's no guarantee to get in - but that said, keep putting in and most people we've talked to, including us, received an invite on one of our first few tries. We've been twice so far, both all day experiences on a pool party date. There's a good mix that stay all day, and some just come for the day or evening portion, so the group does change a bit. Good music, great vibes, good food. Blair and others super welcoming and are fantastic hosts. Weve met some amazing people (newbies to experienced, young to old). All seem to be having a great time, plenty of fun going on. Plenty of playrooms and space to have fun.

What a wonderful dinner event!! We met some smart and beautiful couples and enjoyed excellent wine pairings at a Michelin star restaurant. Our host was amazing with his ability to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We have confirmed our next Group dinner and can’t wait!!

I attended their Dallas dinner and what a great experience! Friendly, classy people. Great food and wine in a cool location, and outstanding hosts to top it all off! I’ve already signed up for another dinner and a ladies only event. I highly recommend their events!

Best kept Secret!
The Group events are always, safe, classy, elegant and distinguished. The just for dinner events are quite an experience and opportunity to engage with a sassy swanky Sapio sexy crowd. the special events are a must at least once, if you haven’t been I highly recommend. Ann is the quintessential hostess!

First Visit to The House
This is a real, first time review of The House. Discretion is key here, you must make a reservation and everything is kept private until you are admitted. This made us feel VERY COMFORTABLE! Upon arrival we were met with excellent care and instruction. From there the party started! The house has everything you could need and their pool setup is breathtaking. Truly a great experience, setup to meet other lifestylers! If you’re considering going, do it, spicy times await!! )

A house is where you can do as much or as little as you'd like! Do you want to sit around and watch?? Many do! Want to ride the Sybian with friends? Want to get a private one-on-one room or be watched?? All of it! Were very lucky "The House" is in our city!

Just for dinner… Wellington
We went to our 1st dinner in Wellington. What an amazing experience. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Conversation was flowing drinks were served… and dinner was delicious. I highly recommend getting a seat at their table! Thanks again for the warm welcome

Great private event on The Group’s yacht
As a member of The Group, we were able to arrange a private party for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary, hosted on the Group’s yacht. The yacht was the perfect exclusive space to host the upscale party, complete with a celebrity chef!

We attended Wine Country a few years ago and experienced an outstanding experience. No details overlooked, first class resort that that outshined our wildest dreams.
