We were amazed at the party that these guys threw. The house was amazing, the setup was amazing, the host was amazing... Only think we would have like were more play areas, I am sure this was limited by the space.. Would not miss one of these events..

10000/10 do not miss these events
We were at the midnight affair event with some friends and the hosts were incredible welcoming and understanding. The details in the decorations and themes are so fun and creative. You can see and feel the passion behind the planning of the party. Not even mentioning the incredibly sexy attendees that attend, do not miss a chance to join!

HEATWAVERS puts on an amazing, over-the-top swingers party! They put in a lot of time, energy and effort to make sure every detail is carefully curated. Playrooms, Dungeons, DJ’s, and Sybians (😈), oh my!! Highly recommended!

Great NYE
This was our second time attending. The new location helped us decide to attend again and you did not disappoint. The location and front desk process was easy to navigate. The performer on the pole and doing the aerial acrobatics was not only amazing but she was very personable too. Great addition to the event! We’ll be back. Here’s to 2026!!

Definitely an Upgrade!
The Decadence Ball came in glow-up strong this year—and honestly? We’re fans again. First things first: two nights is the sweet spot. Three was too much commitment two is just right—energized, exciting, no burnout hangover by Night Three. The hotel upgrade alone changed the whole vibe. Light-years better than when it was at the Crowne Plaza. This year felt decidedly more upscale—classy chaos instead of sticky chaos. Bars were easier to access (praise be), couches and lounge space were actually available (double praise), and the party anthems? Absolute bangers. Zero notes. Huge bonus points for the rooms and all the vendors set up in the lobby taking photos—such a fun, unexpected touch that made the whole experience feel elevated and immersive. Overall: better flow, better setting, better energy. Will absolutely attend again. Bring the outfits. Bring the stamina. 🥂✨

Hands down the best party we have found in this area. Not only are Chrissy and Dan amazing hosts, but the go all out, above and beyond with the best decor, the best food, the best parking attendants, best bartender and best guests! The atmosphere is very fun and comfortable! As a female, I’ve never felt put off by any of the guests or single men, even better my boyfriend and I have found amazing couples to play with and befriend. Such a great group and party! Thank you guys so much for hosting and creating such a wonderful and safe environment for the kinky community!

Sin 2025 was Amazing!
Well, the first full day of “recovery” has past. Although I feel I’m less at home than I was a few days ago. All I can say is Damn! It’s obvious Richard and Lauren get it. We started this journey of ours nearly 6 years ago. Room77 was the second podcast we listened to while trying to figure out our place in the lifestyle. It took a while to get all the pieces to fall into place to attend one of their events. This Sin was our second. We attended Flirt in February. Best lifestyle event we have ever attended. This is the event we now fantasize about, plan, and save for. The friends we've made at and because of Sin, Flirt, and Room77 are very special to us. None of which would have been possible without Richard and Lauren and the love and dedication they put into Rm77 and the events they host. They’re both currently reading this section and feeling embarrassed. Lauren might even be tearing up a bit. Don't. It should come as a comfort that people like us, who have searched for our place and our people, found them both with the two of you. James and I are planning to tell everyone we know and like that this is the place they need to be. Even if we can't. ❤️ Roxy and James
