Absolutely Epic event from start to finish! They say only Mother Nature can control the weather……but clearly they’ve never met Richard & Lauren. They may not can control it, but they sure as Hell know how to control the response to it. 🙌🥳🔥 What an amazing week! By far our favorite event!! The entire group was hands down one of the most fun, welcoming, sexy and incredible group of people you could ever hope to party with. The DJ’s kept the party going and people on the dance floor, and the hotel staff was welcoming and went above & beyond. If you haven’t ever attended a Room 77 event, you’re definitely missing out. JUST BOOK IT!! 🍾🥳💃🕺🪩🍹

Takeover done right. This was everything we’d been looking for in a lifestyle takeover. Lauren and Richard know exactly how to create an atmosphere that feels effortless yet elevated, they set the tone from the start and never let the energy drop. What stood out most was how intentional they were with the details and how genuinely they looked out for every guest. They went the extra mile to make sure people felt welcome, comfortable, and actually having a great time. No awkward energy, no missing the mark, just a well-run event where the hosts clearly cared about the experience. We’ll definitely be making more trips with this one. 💯 If you’ve been waiting for a takeover that actually delivers, this is it.

Favorite Event every year. If you are tired of Peacocks, bad music, the same old people fighting for the same old locations and cliques or crews too good to talk to you, this is the group for you. The crowd was absurdly hot and friendly. The DJs were outstanding and were working over time keeping people of the floor. The hotel lost AC in a couple of rooms… sucky situation. But the Hosts went above and beyond to try to make things right even though the problem wasn’t their fault or inside their control. They went as far as offering to get alternative loving and went and purchased air coolers for those few affected. Imagine what other organizers would have done….nothing and directed you to the hotel. The hosts and the staff are a class act. They went above and beyond to make sure people were comfortable and had a great time.

What an AMAZING time !! What more can you ask for, Chef, Bartender, great service. Location was stunning, awesome view, comforting and relaxing. Great crowd, costumes were impressive everyone chill and great vibes. Cant wait for the next event.

Rooftop Resort
Had a great time. The new direction for everything seems great. This place has always had great potential and the new owners seem to be utilizing that. Can't wait to visit again and see what other changes have been made next time we're in town. Also, the food was really good.

Yes we attended all the events this weekend, now that they are under NEW ownership, you can already feel the changes in the ambiance. The GREAT thing about was to see the owner showing up on premises to meet his clientele. I’ve been going to Rooftop for years. Way prior to Margaritaville and never once met an owner and actually didn’t even know who was a manager. I am excited for what’s to come. I ONLY SEE positive changes and upgrades

We recently spent a weekend at Sandy Bottoms and were blown away by how much we enjoyed it. We left already planning our next visit! The resort is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The private lake, beach, pool, hot tub, and Y dock give everyone plenty of space to relax, swim, sunbathe, or socialize. The whole property does a great job of maintaining a natural, secluded atmosphere. What really stood out was the people. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. There was a great mix of ages, couples, and experience levels. The atmosphere was social and flirty while still feeling relaxed and respectful. The themed events were also a highlight. Both the '70s party and glow party had people going all out with costumes, makeup, and body paint, and the pool and hot tub became the social hub afterward. For anyone curious about Sandy Bottoms but hesitant because there isn't much information online: we'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. We had an incredible weekend and can't wait to go back!

The energy, the vibe, and all the little details made this party so special! We attend the Keller hotwife hotel floor takeovers usually once per month. We love them. They are always a great time. We prefer them over a club. But last night, was one of the best. It was a true magical evening. If you have a chance to go to one of these takeovers run - don’t walk - to sign up.

It was an absolute blast the Admin for this event know how to setup and make the events perfect for everyone that attended. We couldn't ask for anything better than what it was.
